REAR DISCHARGE SYSTEM:

MULCHING CUTTING SYSTEM:

for cutting grass without collecting it, finely pulverising it before depositing it on the ground.

WHAT IS MULCHING CUTTING:
a cutting system that allows the chopped grass to be subsequently released onto the lawn, pulverised to the point that it almost appears to have been collected. This eliminates the problem of its disposal (reducing effort and drastically shortening the time spent cutting) and furthermore, as it decomposes, it will subsequently transform into a nutrient for the lawn itself and into water (grass is made up of 80% water) thus ensuring a perfectly balanced biological cycle. However, it is useful to remember that, to ensure the absolute efficiency of the system, the lawn must still be watered, and the grass cut at least once a week.

SIDE DISCHARGE SYSTEM:

for cutting grass without collecting it (even slightly taller grass than usual, given the high disposal capacity of the side discharge deflector)

Leaving the mulching plug inserted, so that it blocks the grass discharge at the rear, simply lift the black side cover on the deck and insert the side deflector supplied with a simple gesture.

The lawn mower is designed and intended exclusively for cutting grass in garden areas (and not on other types of terrain). The surface must be level, free from irregularities, stones, or other solid objects, and covered with maintained lawn grass (therefore, not uncultivated or spontaneous vegetation). Grass should be cut regularly and must not be allowed to grow beyond 25–30 cm, as most lawn mowers are no longer capable of cutting at this height. Slopes exceeding 15% (equivalent to 9°) must be avoided, except when using 4x4 models.

For heavier-duty tasks involving spontaneous vegetation, grass taller than the above-mentioned limits, or rougher surfaces than a garden, please consider alternative product categories such as Petrol Flail Mowers or Brush Cutters.

Furthermore, grass must only be cut when both the lawn and the underlying soil are completely dry. Mowing should be carried out exclusively in dry weather, well away from periods of rain or irrigation, and preferably in the afternoon, when the grass is no longer affected by morning humidity. Wet grass tends to bend under the blades, which reduces cutting efficiency, increases the risk of clogging inside the deck, and subjects the engine to excessive strain.
