Lisam Swing 36V Olive Shaker

The Lisam Swing battery-powered harvester, thanks to its features, is a product that allows for practical and effortless olive harvesting.

Swing is the latest creation from Lisam: a highly professional electric olive harvester to facilitate and speed up olive harvesting.

The olive harvester is equipped with rakes with carbon fibre prongs, which are very durable and easily replaceable in case of breakage.

Included in the package is a 36V and 30Ah backpack battery that allows the machine to be used without having to connect it to a car-type battery, thus making work much easier and faster.

A distinctive feature of the Swing model is its way of operating between the branches of the olive trees: the two rows of rakes follow an elliptical motion, swinging back and forth in sequence.

This model is ideal if you are looking for a professional product that will fully meet your work requirements.

The pole material is also carbon fibre, which makes it strong yet very light.

It comes with a 15-metre overvoltage cable and a very light telescopic pole, with lengths ranging from 220 cm to 300 cm.

When using a harvester, the choice of battery depends on the practical needs of the user. The main differences between a base-mounted battery and a backpack battery concern freedom of movement and autonomy. The base-mounted battery is more manoeuvrable and lighter, but offers reduced autonomy. In contrast, the backpack provides longer working sessions, although it can be bulkier in tight spaces.

Base-mounted lithium-ion batteries offer greater freedom of movement. The lack of cumbersome cables improves agility when working between trees, making the harvester easier to manoeuvre. They are generally lighter than the backpak once, reducing operator fatigue, and make it easier to transport the device. In addition, handling is more intuitive, not requiring additional equipment such as a backpack. On the downside, however, they have a very limited autonomy and often cannot do a full day's work on their own.

On the other hand, lithium backpack batteries, while adding a certain amount of bulk, allow for greater energy capacity, extending the operational life of the harvester without the need for frequent recharging or battery changes. Their higher capacity allows long working sessions without interruption. In addition, shifting the weight of the battery to the back reduces the direct load on the arm and body, better balancing the overall weight of the equipment.

However, backpack batteries can be less ergonomic and uncomfortable in tight spaces or during quick movements between trees, and the presence of the cable can be an obstacle or obstruction during operation. Finally, the constant carrying of the backpack may cause more fatigue in the long run than an integrated solution in the product base.

36V 30Ah Backpack Battery

The new, powerful lithium-ion battery is designed to be worn comfortably with a practical backpack included, which ensures even weight distribution. This innovative solution prevents user fatigue, facilitating the transport and use of the battery, even for extended periods.

The battery is supplied in a practical case containing a connection cable and a battery charger.

The battery weighs 5.9 Kg.

Head and Prong Motion Mechanics

The Lisam Swing olive harvester is fitted with 8+8 quick-change carbon harvesting prongs on the head.

The rakes therefore carry a total of 8 easily replaceable carbon fibre prongs, the entire propulsion and transmission unit is hermetically sealed, with no possibility of external agents penetrating inside. This ensures continuity of operation and an almost non-existent maintenance. The prongs are over 32 cm to better reach deep into the plant

Harvester Body

The body, which houses the Made in Italy electric motor, is made of resin and nylon, ensuring strength and lightness.

There is a steel plate between the prong housing and the motor to ensure greater sturdiness. The 12 V motor ensures 1300 beats per minute and an absorption of 2.5 amp/h.

For the power supply, a battery of at least 50 A is enough.

Motor at the Bottom of the Pole

The engine at the end of the pole gives exceptional balance to this olive harvester model, which translates into less fatigue during use.
99% of the olive harvesters on the market today still mount engines at the head: a simpler and cheaper solution that makes the harvester extremely unbalanced in weight and very tiring to use.

It should not be forgotten that most of the time the harvester is gripped at the bottom of the pole, and if the weight is concentrated all over it, it becomes very heavy to handle and certainly impossible to use for a whole day.

Pole

The carbon extension pole has a length range of 220 cm up to 300 cm. The extension can be performed using the quick-release hook and loop system.

At the bottom of the pole is the connector for attaching the harvester to the standard-supplied extension cable or backpack battery.
