Linea VZ Portorotondo - Wood and Charcoal Masonry Barbecue

Linea VZ Portorotondo concrete charcoal BBQ is an ideal product for outdoor grilling enthusiasts; this barbecue is designed to deliver excellent performance and can be fuelled with either charcoal or wood, thus offering flexibility of use.

It is equipped with a spacious hob and a large, practical front shelf with two side shelves.

The barbecue structure is made entirely of refractory concrete, which makes it resistant to the wear and tear of time, weathering and high temperatures. From the hood to the cooking area to the base, every BBQ component is made of this high-quality material.

The BBQ is equipped with a generous cooking surface, which provides ample space to cook a variety of foods simultaneously. Furthermore, there is a practical front shelf with two side shelves that extend along the sides, providing additional work surfaces for placing cooking utensils, tools and other necessary accessories during meal preparation.

The large chrome-plated grill included has a size of 74x40 cm and can be placed on multiple levels, allowing you to freely choose the type of cooking for each food item.

In the lower part you will also find two shelves where you can place either wood/charcoal for burning, or food, drinks and condiments.

N.B.

It is highly recommended to protect the hood and frame with a coat of water-repellent exterior paint/liquid. Any commercially available exterior paint or, if possible, a protective quartz paint can be used.

The barbecue is shipped disassembled and requires adhesive mortar/glue for assembly. All these products can be purchased as accessories.

Specifically for this model, it is necessary to purchase:

• 1 bottle of protective liquid;
• 1 package of water-repellent quartz paint
• 1/2 packets of fix/mortar line glue for assembly

ATTENTION: The product has a heavy weight, so please read the packaging carefully before purchasing.

The barbecue is supplied cement-coloured, it is therefore necessary to coat it with the appropriate paint (please verify the scope of equipment)

The distinguishing feature of our BBQ is the generous cooking area, which allows to cook food for a considerable number of diners, around 16-20 people

The worktop with front shelf is designed to provide a large, comfortable, practical and safe cooking area, allowing you to cook any type of food with total freedom.

Furthermore, the two side shelves further extend the space available to the user. They can be employed to place food to be cooked, drinks or dishes to be served, thus providing convenience and ease of use during the preparation and serving of meals.

The chrome-plated steel grill included in the package is adjustable to 3 different cooking heights, making it ideal for preparing different types of food and allowing you to decide on the types of cooking.

You can adjust the grill position according to the desired temperature and cooking preferences of each food type, which is especially useful when you have foodstuffs that require different temperatures or different heat intensities, thereby making the most of the cooking surface.

The front shelf as well as the cooking area and the flue with closing chimney are made of refractory, guaranteeing stability and high thermal and mechanical resistance.

Focus on the hood which ensures proper smoke ventilation and maintains a constant temperature inside the barbecue.
