The oven dome is made of a mix of high alumina refractory crushed stone and cast cement, thus guaranteeing superior quality. The hearth plate is made of refractory crushed stone.
The vault height, together with its particular shape, ensure even heat distribution at the bottom and, as a result, a perfect food cooking.
The oven structure makes it suitable for both outdoor, with an adequate protection, and indoor installation, alone or matched with other fireplaces.
With outdoor installation, it is highly recommended to protect it with a water-repellent quartz outdoor paint.

The circular smoke outlet, Ø 14 cm, ensures proper ventilation and keeps the constant temperature inside the oven.
This wood-fired oven is designed for direct cooking and is ideal for outdoor cooking enthusiasts. The cooking chamber is internally coated with refractory materials and cast concrete, offering the same firing benefits as a traditional brick oven.

It is recommended to protect it with a layer of water-repellent exterior paint (not included) and two rolls of 4 m² 10 cm density 100 rock wool on insulation net.
Use insulation mortar during assembly.
