Linea VZ Capri Wood-Fired Oven

The Capri wood-fired oven, with a spacious 72x70 cm cooking surface, is an excellent small household product ideal for outdoor or indoor cooking.

Made entirely from a high alumina refractory crushed stone, it features exceptional heat resistance and durability. This high-quality material guarantees even heat distribution inside the oven, ensuring precise and even cooking of your favourite dishes.

Optimum distribution is also ensured by the vault's height from the bottom and its special parabolic shape: these are all features specifically designed for optimum results

Thanks to its features and material composition, this oven can be installed either outdoors, protecting it with an appropriate protection such as a water-repellent quartz outdoor paint, or indoors, separately or in combination with fireplaces according to your preference.

Cooking capacity: up to 3 pizzas.

Its circular smoke outlet, with a diameter of 14 cm, ensures proper air circulation inside the oven, allowing uniform and optimal baking. This is an essential feature in order to obtain high-quality results.

Wood-fired oven with direct heat. Ideal for outdoor cooking enthusiasts. The inside of the cooking chamber is made of refractory crushed so as to provide the same type of cooking as a traditional masonry oven.

Resistant structure to withstand stresses and high temperatures. Its materials not only ensure adequate firing quality but also offer mechanical strength and durability.

DIMENSIONS: compact and suitable for any area of your home and garden, it is still aesthetically pleasing and large enough to cook all the dishes suitable for wood-fired ovens.

The product will be delivered not assembled, it must be coated and insulated.

N.B.

It is recommended to protect it with a layer of water-repellent exterior paint (not included) and two rolls of 4 m² 10 cm density 100 rock wool on insulation net.

Use insulation mortar during assembly.

Thanks to its versatility, the Linea Vz Capri oven can be easily installed indoors or outdoors using appropriate protection, providing the possibility to adapt to your space or culinary needs. You can create an outdoor cooking area or combine it with already existing fireplaces in a room.

Up to 3 pizzas.

The fire/cooking surface measuring 72x70 cm, with an internal height of 35 cm, is made of high quality refractory material. It allows you to bake up to 3 pizzas simultaneously, providing optimal results in terms of quality even for many other types of food, such as meat, vegetables or bread.

Near the oven opening, it is supplied a finishing arch to further characterise the oven.

The smoke outlet, circular in shape, is positioned on the oven ceiling, ensuring proper ventilation and allowing waste smoke to be removed. This ensures constant heat inside the cooking chamber and makes the whole kitchen area safer.

The front door included in the oven is made of iron , and contributes to enhanced heat insulation the oven. Its hermetic closing ensures that heat is retained inside the oven, improving efficiency and enabling faster cooking.

The integrated thermometer then allows you to easily monitor the temperature inside the oven while cooking, and eliminates the need to use external instruments to check the oven temperature.

This allows you to save time and effort, providing a more comfortable and efficient cooking experience.
