The Weber Crafted large griddle is a barbecue accessory designed to cook a wide variety of foods on the flat surface of your barbecue, replacing the cooking grate on the right side to allow for the preparation of pancakes, eggs, fajitas, and other dishes typically reserved for indoor cooking.
Made of enamelled cast iron, the griddle ensures excellent heat retention and even distribution across the surface. The enamel finish facilitates cleaning and reduces the risk of food sticking. The raised edge around the perimeter retains oils, fats, and seasonings, keeping the cooking area tidy and reducing liquid loss in the barbecue. The dimensions of the griddle are 40x41.5x2.5 cm, compatible with various models in the Weber range.
This enamelled cast iron cooking grate must be hand washed, as the enamelled surface requires dedicated maintenance to ensure longevity.

For proper operation, the support frame and WEBER CRAFTED cooking grates, not included, are required.
