Lampacrescia Volpino two-wheel tractor is a petrol engine agricultural machinery with a Loncin G270F engine and a 60 cm cutter. The drive transmission is equipped with 6 speeds, 3 forward and 3 reverse, with a power reverser to change the direction of travel.

Generally, this machine is used in the agricultural industry to operate the soil, to sow, harrow and cultivate small and medium-sized areas of land. The 60cm cutter allows to work precisely and thorough, while the different speed-gears allow a high flexibility according to the operator's needs.

The gearbox is lever-operated; the steering handles are height- and side-adjustable.

Remember that it is always a good idea to:
1) check the engine oil level
2) the oil is already in the filter
3) carefully read the instructions manual before carrying out any oil check and topping up operation (the manufacturer can modify the supply modalities specified in the two upper points without any prior notice).

Specifically, this two-wheel tractor mounts the largest (in terms of size) and sturdiest transmission on the two-wheel tractors market today, made of robust ductile cast iron.

6 speed gears: 3 forward + 3 reverse gears with reverser

The motor cultivator has a total of 3 gears: 3 forward gears in milling position (i.e. with tiller attachment fitted, or plough, furrow machine, and so on). 3 forward gears + 3 RM (with inverter) with machine reverse for frontal equipment (with sickle bar attachment, rough cut mower, snow blowers, etc.)

Therefore, the high speed number allow the Operator to use both hind equipment that frontal equipment with the proper operating speed and with extreme versatility.

Gear shift lever control

Multi-plate dry clutch with 4 plates, equipped with manual control on the steering handles.

Warning: Gearbox oil already at level.

The steering handles are cushioned and 180° reversible.

Height-adjustable:

different height positions which can be set by means of a lever located between the steering handles.

Side-adjustment system:

The steering handles can be set in three positions sideways, thanks to the locking lever. This allows the Operator to easily move the machine forward on firm ground.

One of the most peculiar aspect is that they are mounted on a sturdy anti-vibration system, which dampens the vibrations generated by the engine and the transmission in operation, increasing working comfort especially when operating the machine for several hours.
Few two-wheel tractors on the market today are equipped with an anti-vibration system.

Soft rubber-coated handles

The reversible steering handles allow several other accessories to be attached (sickle bar, rough cut mower, etc.)

This two-wheel tractor is provided with a number of controls which make it extremely versatile and rich in functionality.

Hold-to-run dual clutch controls

• Red lever: safety lever that, when released, immediately stops the motion of the tillers and the machine forwarding speed.
• Black lever is the clutch control, for temporarily stopping the machine. (It must be used with the red lever down)
• Yellow lever: Locking and unlocking differential system

The gear lever is located to the right of the operator (lever with red knob on the bottom right). PTO engagement is activated and deactivated by the lever on the left (lever with the black knob).

The lever on the left with the red knob is the reverser.

Throttle lever

The tiller features a quick hitch which allows the implement to be quickly removed to replace it with another attachment or simply to speed up storage of the machine.

Tiller: 70 cm adjustable with quick hitch (can be narrowed to a minimum of 40 cm)

Focus on the independent 1-speed (943 rpm) PTO with quick tool coupling.

Safety system:
- No reverse gear engagement when the operator is working with the cutter engaged. Turn off (by means of the appropriate lever) the cutter engagement and then engage reverse gear.
- stop drive when the handles are released in accordance with Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC

DIFFERENTIAL gear mechanism supplied as standard, with locking device on the steering handles.

This mechanical system for distributing the engine torque gives the two-wheel tractor truly extraordinary manoeuvrability, allowing very simple and light steering.

The two-wheel tractor mounts large pneumatic wheels with adjustable rim that allow the track width to be widened as required, ensuring a safe and uniform movement.
