This width makes it user-friendly, facilitating the operations of tipping grapes inside it.
The crusher is equipped with a pair of counter-rotating pre-processing rollers.
They carry out an initial processing of the grape berries, performing an ‘initial crushing’ action that generates small cracks that facilitate the outflow of the initial must.
Special supports allow the rollers to be adjusted by a few millimetres.

Many electric grape crusher- destemmers are not equipped with an auger and instead have just a hopper with a simple funnel shape for channelling the bunches, making them much less efficient in feeding the rollers and thus in the overall smooth running of the machine.

The belt drive offers the advantage of a slight friction effect in the event of a clogging in the machine itself.
It conveys the rotary motion from the motor to:
- the upper auger
- the upper rollers
- the intermediate rotor
Powerful 1 HP electric induction motor, which drives all the various mechanisms, from the shaker to the rollers, to the gears for crushing the grapes.
Equipped with a red emergency STOP button, complying with CE safety regulations.
The sieve can be easily removed for cleaning operations, thanks to the guides that also serve as protection for the sieve itself.

The frame is equipped with two guides on which the sieve is fixed and on which it slides when pulled out.
Above this is a removable plastic platform that is usually detached for cleaning and maintenance, and which closes the sieve at the top, ensuring that all the grapes that enter are perfectly processed, remaining well concentrated inside and consequently pushed towards it via the rotating vane rotor.
Compatible with Grifo DVEP20 and DVEP20I destemmers.
