The new Agrieuro Top-Line agricultural tractor-mounted sprayer is a device used for spraying plant protection products and other chemicals on the plants. The sprayer is connected to the tractor through a three-point hitch, which makes it easy to transport and use.

The operation of the sprayer is quite simple: the product is mixed with water inside the sprayer's tank, and is then sprayed onto the plants through the large 700 mm fan that generates a strong circular air flow that pushes the droplets already emitted and pulverised by the jets. The nozzles are designed to create a fine spray that settles evenly on the surface of the plants.

The vertical conveyor, fitted on this sprayer, is a system that allows the product to be distributed evenly over the entire plant, even in the most difficult-to-reach areas, compared to a rear and front vacuum system. The vertical conveyor consists of 6 nozzles on each side, arranged in such a way that the product is evenly distributed. This type of atomiser is particularly useful as it saves time and energy, thanks to its ability to cover large areas in a short time. Furthermore, the uniform product coverage reduces the risk of loss of product efficiency and the need for repeated applications.

The sprayer fan is the essential element that determines the power of the mist blower, thus determining its ability to push the atomised product in width and height. The nylon fans guarantee excellent weather resistance.

The sprayer with front suction has the advantage, compared to rear suction, of a flow directed to the rear side, eliminating the re-suction of the phytoiatric mixture, thus limiting the deposit of foliage and debris towards the flow suction grid and distancing the operator from the sprayed flow. This significantly reduces the risk of operator and animal exposure to chemicals, thus improving workplace health and safety, as well as improving spraying efficiency by reducing chemical consumption. This feature is further emphasised by the vertical conveyor.

Thanks to its front vacuum feature, the sprayer is more effective in the cultivation of orchards and vineyards, since it allows plant protection products to be sprayed on the branches and leaves of trees and vines without risking contamination of operators or nearby crops.

The sprayer's transmission is an oil-bath gearbox for maximum reliability over time.

The two side taps supply respectively the right-hand sector of the fan and the left-hand sector.
