The speed of the grinding stones can also be adjusted manually, thanks to the dedicated section.
The cereals that can be ground are:

The milling process is carried out by means of two completely natural, 150 mm diameter grinding stones, manufactured in Italy. The ability to adjust the height of the stones and to set the motor speed, makes this flour mill perfectly suitable to obtain high quality flour, without exceeding the hourly output.
