Tracked dumper with hydraulic tipping. Loading capacity: 500 kg. The sturdy steel frame and the gearbox consisting of 3 forward + 1 reverse speed gears, make the power barrow a multi tool and efficient machinery. The tracked power barrow is also equipped with a specific lever, which allows adjusting the speed gears and making possible to double the available gears up to reach 6 forward + 2 reverse speeds. Thus, among all the main features, the power barrow stands out for the higher barrow and tracks compared to the standard machineries on the market, that ensure greater stability and balance while working.

The hydraulic dumper tipping system ensures the highest levels in terms of comfortability while working resulting in no efforts for the Operator to raise the dumper once fully loaded.

As the machine is equipped with a track drive system and is powered by Loncin engine, this mini dumper is suitable for carrying loads up to 500 kg even on slopes. It is best suited to load different materials.

Gearbox: large-sized gearbox, certainly the highest reliable and efficient on the market. Comfortable and user-friendly.

The tracked power barrow is provided with gear reducer which allows doubling the speed gears up to reach no. 6 forward gears and no. 2 for the reverse. Thanks to the gear reducer, it will be always possible to get the ideal driving system.

The lever located on the right side of the gearbox allows selecting between two speed gears. The speediest gears are mostly indicated for the best road conditions while it would be possible to easily cross the most uneven surfaces by selecting the lowest gears (reduced speed gears).

Breaking system:

They are connected to the transmission gear in order to ensure higher balance and safety. Release the controls to operate the brakes automatically (the machine will be kept totally blocked even on steep slopes and even in neutral).

Transmission:
The sturdy and strong transmission allows managing the power steering interrupting the track rotation singularly.

The machine is supplied by the manufacturer with transmission oil level. Anyway, oil levels must ALWAYS be checked before operating the unit as specified in the instruction and maintenance manual.

The power barrow is provided with tipping tracks. The two central rollers movable according to the obstacle the machinery needs to face. This allows the power barrow to always achieve the maximum adherence to the ground. This model of tracked power barrow also features a high undercarriage and higher tracks than most of the tracked power barrows on the market. The high barrow placed 13 cm from the ground, allows the machine to work on uneven surfaces always keeping the highest safety and ground adherence as the lowest side of the unit does not scrape the ground.

The overturned trapezium track shape makes the track power barrow suitable for even overcoming the hardest obstacles such as walls and steps while still ensuring the highest levels of safety and balance while working. Thanks to the track width and tread configuration, the tracks ensure perfect grip and stability on any possible soil. Made of special reinforced rubber with high grip, they allow using the unit on any type of surface and step.

Tilting tracks while in operation

High-resistance steel skip, specifically reinforced with tubular steel construction on the underside of the machine. Its structure makes the unit suitable for carrying any load even in case of overstress. The loading platform is located at the minimal distance from the ground in order to enhance the loading/unloading operations.

The tracked power barrow is provided with pneumatic cylinder which assists the tipping system allowing the Operator to work effortlessly. Remove the ram to allow a complete tip over.

Heavy-duty hydraulic system consisting of:

- Oversized hydraulic pump

- Connector equipped with handy pump activation lever

- Sturdy hydraulic cylinder with safety valve, which features the function of blocking the skip in case of sudden pressure leaks.

- Max tipping angle: 80°

Two steering triggers on the underside, on the right and the left respectively.

Possibility to control the steering by means of the control lever, which allows an easy manageability of the unit. By pulling one of the two levers partially, the track on that side will turn in that direction partially as well. Therefore, the Operator can steer the tracked power barrow very easily avoiding sudden and accidental motions.
