The GeoTech Pro 200-1020 H-CM riding-on mower with grass collector is a machine designed for the efficient management of medium to large grass surfaces.

It is equipped with a 102 cm double blade cutting system, which allows for a wide working width, optimising time and productivity. The housing is made of painted steel, with a functional and sturdy design to ensure long life even in semi-professional environments.

The machine is equipped with a 586 cc Loncin engine with a rated power of 20 HP. This twin-cylinder combustion engine guarantees good performance even on the most demanding terrain.

The hydrostatic transmission ensures smooth speed control without having to change gears, improving manoeuvrability and precision.

The cutting system has two operating modes: collection with a large 280-litre rear collection bag or mulching (kit included).

Cutting height adjustment is centralised and allows you to choose between 6 positions, from a minimum of 35 to a maximum of 90 mm, adapting to different ground conditions.

Another noteworthy feature is the reverse cutting function, which makes it easy to manage even the most complex spaces.

The simple and intuitive control panel provides all the information you need to monitor the status of the riding-on mower and your work session, including battery charge, engine speed and hours worked.

The 586 cc displacement allows it to develop a rated power of 20 HP, making it ideal for applications requiring vigorous thrust, such as riding-on mowers.

It is equipped with an electric start, which allows the engine to be started immediately at the push of a button, eliminating the effort of manual starting and making it practical even for less experienced operators.

The most correct term would be "Commercial Power", meaning the classic standard definition of power officially used until a few years ago by all the most well-known engine manufacturers.

This corresponds to the real power expressed at the motor shaft. It is the figure indicated as official in the manual or in the technical data provided by the motor manufacturer.

1- BASKET COLLECTION (standard):

Large 280-litre collection basket, one of the largest in its category.

The bag emptying system is very simple: it works through a highly effective system, using the removable handle as a lever. This allows the bag to be emptied at the desired point without any effort.

2- MULCHING (standard):

Cutting system that shreds grass clippings and leaves them on the lawn, pulverising them so small that they look as if they have been collected. This eliminates the problem of disposal (reducing effort and drastically shortening the time required for mowing) and, as it decomposes, it is transformed into nutrients for the lawn itself and into water (grass is 80% water), thus ensuring a perfectly balanced biological cycle. However, it is worth remembering that, in order to ensure the absolute efficiency of the system, the lawn must still be watered, and the grass clippings mowed very often. Conversion from one system to the other is very easy.

Conversion: remove the grass collector and insert the mulching plug into the central tunnel.

Thanks to the hydrostatic pedal gearbox, driving the riding-on mower is easy and intuitive. Everything can be controlled simply with your right foot on the pedal.

Operation is very simple: to move forward, just push the pedal with the tip of your foot. The riding-on mower will move forward according to the pressure exerted. To engage reverse, simply push the other end of the pedal with your heel.

As soon as the pedal is released, the machine stops, allowing you to operate in complete safety.

Sturdy gears make the gearbox difficult to break.

The hydrostatic transmission is by its nature much more modern and functional (albeit more expensive) than the traditional manual gearbox. The latter requires the operator to stop, change gear (because all riding-on mowers with manual or mechanical transmission require the gear to be changed when stationary), release the clutch and restart at the desired speed whenever the speed needs to be changed.

Certainly, if the speed needs to be changed several times (for example, in gardens with trees, pots or any other kind of obstacle), the traditional gearbox would be decidedly impractical. The hydrostatic transmission, on the other hand, allows immediate speed changes without ever stopping, in the most practical way possible, totally automatically, simply by varying the pressure on the drive pedal.

The riding-on mower is equipped with two universal blades as standard.

The cutting height can be adjusted to 6 different settings between 35 and 90 mm using the lever.

The blades are engaged electromagnetically and controlled by the yellow button to the right of the steering wheel. This system avoids manual engagement via the classic lever found on many types of riding-on mowers, and works thanks to an electromagnetic clutch that allows the blades to be engaged quickly and easily.

Very simple and intuitive controls and adjustments.

After starting the engine, from the operator's seat it is possible to adjust the cutting height of the riding-on mower, activate the blades even in reverse, increase the engine speed, apply the parking brake, engage reverse or turn on the front lights, all of which can be viewed on the innovative display.

The ride-on lawn mower is designed and intended exclusively for cutting grass in gardens and parks (and not on other types of terrain). The working surface must be level, free of irregularities, stones, or other solid objects, and covered with maintained lawn grass (not uncultivated or spontaneous vegetation). Grass should be cut regularly and must not be allowed to grow beyond 25–30 cm, as most ride-on mowers are no longer capable of cutting at this height. Slopes exceeding 15% (equivalent to 9°) must be avoided, except when using 4x4 models.

For heavier-duty tasks, involving spontaneous vegetation, grass taller than the above-mentioned limits, or rougher surfaces than a garden, please consider alternative product categories such as Petrol Flail Mowers or Ride-On Flail Lawn, which are suitable for tall and uncultivated grass.

Grass must only be cut when both the lawn and the underlying soil are completely dry. Mowing operations should be carried out exclusively in dry weather, well away from periods of rain or irrigation, and preferably in the afternoon, when the grass is no longer affected by morning humidity. Wet grass tends to bend under the blades, reducing cutting efficiency, increasing the risk of clogging inside the deck, and subjecting both the engine and the transmission belt to excessive strain, which may result in damage.
