The pump is optimised for suction and drainage from tanks, wells and swimming pools, including chlorinated water, but is not suitable for use with salt water or corrosive, flammable or food-grade liquids.

Thanks to its sophisticated design with a stainless steel main body, which ensures durability and weather resistance, weather and UV resistance is guaranteed and allows the operator to leave it outside throughout the gardening season. The pump is also protected by an integrated filter and devices against dry running and overheating.

We do not guarantee the suitability for the combined use with sprinklers of different typologies or various real irrigation systems, (as they require the contribution of a qualified technician and a number of calculations in terms of flow rate, head, pressure, pipe diameters, valves, nozzles, and so on), which may require more specific types of pumps for water systems.

The Gardena SilentComfort pump is distinguished by its flexible control, offering users the possibility to operate via an intuitive display with selections buttons or wirelessly via Bluetooth™.

Thanks to the practical display, it is easy to start the pump and program a timer for automatic switch-off, while for those who prefer more advanced technology, operation via smartphone is made possible by the GARDENA Bluetooth App.

The app, available free of charge for Android and IOS devices and without the need for registration, allows control of the pump from a distance of up to 10 metres.

Using the app, users can not only switch on the pump and set the switch-off timer, but also programme irrigation in detail.

The app allows users to create up to three customised watering schedules, specifying the days of the weeks to be activated and the duration of the watering cycle, which can vary from a minimum of 1 minute up to a maximum of 8 hours.

In addition, it offers the flexibility to postpone watering in case of rain forecasts or to adjust the watering duration in percentages according to seasons or periods of high humidity.

The compatibility of the pump with the GARDENA Soil Moisture Sensor further enhances its functionality, making irrigation extremely efficient through automatic adaptation to the actual soil moisture.
