FIMAR TC22TS Electric Meat Mincer

The FIMAR TC22TS meat mincer is a machine designed for professional use in a restaurant or in a medium-large sized butcher shop.

REMOVABLE grinding unit in stainless steel that makes it possible to store it in the refrigerator or in the blast chiller without having to clean it after each use. This feature is in compliance with the HACCP hygiene standards.

This meat mincer is designed for a counter top use.

The hopper plate, the removable grinding unit and the food processing components are entirely built in AISI 304 stainless steel.

This machine features a fully removable grinding unit.

Just unscrew the two knobs on the side of the grinding unit to detach it.

Thanks to this feature it will not be necessary to wash it every time, but it can be simply stored in the refrigerator or in the blast chiller. This characteristic is in compliance with HACCP hygiene standards.

The grinding unit is in AISI 304 stainless steel and it’s dishwasher safe.
