The FIMAR TC 12C meat mincer is a great option for semi-professional use in any medium-sized butcher shop.

REMOVABLE grinding unit in stainless steel that makes it possible to store it in the refrigerator or in the blast chiller without having to clean it after each use. This feature is in compliance with the HACCP hygiene standards.
