This air compressor mounts a twin-cylinder head unit with a cast iron cylinder (long life guarantee). High air output: 1020 L/min it only takes about 1200 rpm of your tractor engine to operate 5 olive harvesters, 9 pruning shears and 2 pneumatic chainsaw.
Its two-stage head is equipped with two cylinders connected in series where the air is compressed gradually until it reaches the final pressure.
Between the stages, the compressed air is cooled. This improves efficiency, providing higher pressures than those achieved with a single-stage compressor,
Three cooling manifolds
The CHINOOK cylinder head is the only one in its class with three cooling manifolds, two on one side and one on the other, next to the air filter.
This means that there is no other engine-driven air compressor in this category that cools the pumped air like this model.
The air intake flow cooling system is able to improve the efficiency of compressor itself.
The air, when pumped by the compressor head, is deposited in the tank at a very high temperature.
For this reason, the more the air tends to cool, the more the condensate tends to separate and deposit itself in the bottom of the tank (which must therefore be drained at the end of each day with the appropriate valve).
The feeding of pre-cooled air from the manifolds means that condensate formation is greatly reduced.
