Also included is the Enterprice system with Ø6 mm die plate and stainless steel self-sharpening blade.

The diameter of the feed inlet is 56 mm while the outlet mouth measures 60mm

This machine is designed for a counter top use

Equipped with an 380 W asynchronous single-phase induction electric motor powered at 230V.

The motor is completely covered by the machine body made in food-grade polished die-cast aluminum. This ensures high protection against external elements, making the machine extremely robust and with a much higher ease of cleaning than the average meat grinders on the market.

Removable grinding unit in stainless steel

This machine has a removable grinding unit.

Just unscrew the knob and take out the whole grinding unit.

This feature allows for a quick and fast cleaning of the machine. Furthermore, you can put the grinding group directly into the blast chiller or freezer without having to clean it thoroughly after each use.

The removable grinding unit, once the knob on the side of the machine has been unscrewed, will allow you to remove the whole grinding unit, including the auger (worm screw), the blade and the die plate.

Motor and transmission - Machine body

This machine is equipped with a 380 W asynchronous induction electric motor powered at 230 V .

The motor is equipped with a safety thermal protection to avoid engine damage in case of extensive and prolonged use.

The motor is completely protected by the machine body made in food-grade polished die-cast aluminium.

Gear transmission in oil bath, for maximum efficiency and resistance while working.

In addition, the helical gears that make up the transmission are made of hardened steel.

Operation is easy, safe and user-friendly thanks to the low voltage controls located at the base of the machine.

Equipped with anti-vibration rubber feet

All machine components are of high quality and made in Italy.

Meat mincer

The FAMA ts8 meat mincer comes with auger, grinding unit, propeller, funnel, self-sharpening blade and die plate in food-grade stainless steel. The pestle is made of very resistant and thick ABS.

The auger reaches 80 revolutions per minute (RPM)

The diameter of the holes is ø 6 mm

Thanks to the numerous die plates (sold separately) you can grind the meat with different grains.

Machine operation is extremely easy and intuitive.

The size of the feed inlet is Ø 56 mm while the outlet mouth measures Ø 60 mm
