Removable grinding unit in stainless steel

This machine features a fully removable grinding unit.

Just unscrew the two knobs on the side of the grinding unit to detach it.

Thanks to this feature it will not be necessary to wash it every time, but it can be simply stored in the refrigerator or in the blast chiller. This characteristic is in compliance with HACCP hygiene standards.

The grinding unit is in AISI 304 stainless steel and it’s dishwasher safe.

Motor and transmission - Machine body

This machine is equipped with a 1100 W asynchronous induction three-phase electric motor powered at 400 V.

The motor is completely covered by the machine body in stainless steel, protecting it from external elements and ensuring a greater ease of cleaning.

Transmission with hardened helical gears in an oil bath which enable the machine to withstand even long and heavy-duty works.

Operation is easy, safe and user-friendly thanks to the low voltage controls (24 Volts as dictated by current legislation) located at the base of the machine.

Equipped with anti-vibration rubber feet

Meat mincer

The body of the FAMA TIK22 UNIKO meat mincer is entirely made of polished die-cast aluminium.

The removable grinding unit, together with the hopper plate, the die plate with Ø 6mm holes and the self-sharpening blade are entirely made in AISI 304 stainless steel.

The auger reaches up to 140 revolutions per minute.

The pestle is made of food-grade plastic.

The dimensions of the feed inlet are ø 52 mm

The diameter of the meat outlet is ø82mm

Thanks to the numerous die plates (sold separately) you can grind the meat with different grains.

Machine operation is extremely easy and intuitive.
