Fully removable grinding unit.

Thanks to the crankcase entirely built in stainless steel, this machine is extremely easy to clean, plus it is highly resistant to external elements such as water, or any solvent used for cleaning.

Its simple and functional design makes the machine pleasing to the eye and extremely easy to clean.

Ideal to produce large amounts of ground meat and grated cheese and bread, it’s intended for a butcher’s shops, restaurants or hotels.

Equipped with an 1100 W asynchronous single-phase induction electric motor powered at 230 V.

The hourly output is ~300 Kg/h, this makes this meat mincer suitable for professional use. The hourly output of the grater is 70 Kg/h.

The combined meat mincer provides excellent space management without the need for two separate machines.

The grater roller, like the grinding unit, is built in stainless steel, making it extremely resistant to corrosion originated by cheese grating.

The grater is equipped with a safety microswitch that stops the motion of the machine when the handle is raised, in accordance with the current safety standards dictated by the European community.

The hopper plate, the removable grinding unit and the food processing components are entirely built in AISI 304 stainless steel.

This machine features a removable grinding unit.

The grinding unit consists of 5 components ENTIRELY MADE IN STAINLESS STEEL:

• the blade and the die plate
• auger and impeller
• grinding chamber

Just unscrew the knob and take out the whole grinding unit.

This feature allows for a quick and fast cleaning of the machine.

The removable grinding unit, once the knob on the side of the machine has been unscrewed, will allow you to remove the whole auger unit (worm screw), the blade and the die plate.

The feeder tube that brings the meat from the funnel to this chamber will however remain attached to the machine body and will need to be cleaned separately unlike other machines that have a removable body.

The FAMA TGI22 meat mincer carter is entirely made of stainless steel.

The grinding unit, the hopper plate, the die plate with Ø 6mm holes and the self-sharpening blade, are entirely made in AISI 304 stainless steel.

The pestle is made of food-grade plastic.

The dimensions of the feed inlet are ø 52 mm

The diameter of the meat outlet is ø82 mm

Thanks to the numerous die plates (sold separately) you can grind the meat with different grains.

Machine operation is extremely easy and intuitive.

The built-in cheese grater is designed for food use and guarantees the processing of: hard cheese and dry bread.

This machine is only suitable for hard cheeses (such as mature Parmesan). It is not suitable for soft cheeses (such as Emmental)
