Equipped with an 380 W asynchronous single-phase induction electric motor powered at 230V.

The hopper plate and enterprice system (die plate and blade) are entirely made in AISI 304 stainless steel.

The grater roller, is built in stainless steel, making it extremely resistant to corrosion originated by cheese grating.

Being a combined machine, it saves money and space as you don’t need two separate machines to perform these operations.

The machine body is entirely built in polished die-cast aluminium, this ensures high protection against external elements.

This model is perfect to produce small to medium amounts of minced meat or grated cheese or bread, and it’s intended for small butcher’s shops or restaurants.

Its simple and functional design makes the machine pleasing to the eye and extremely easy to clean.
