FAC F 300 R Meat Slicer

FAC F 300 R Electric gravity meat slicer.

It is a high quality product, entirely made in ITALY with top-quality materials.

The entire range of FAC meat slicers focuses on hygiene. In fact, all the components directly touching the food are removable to facilitate cleaning.

The cutting thickness, from 0 to about 16 mm, is adjusted via a user-friendly knob.

The machine body is completely made of anodized aluminium and magnesium alloy.

The blade guard is made of aluminium with polished anodic oxidation and it is fixed with a rear screw, which allows you to easily and accurately clean the components that are in contact with the food. In addition, once removed, it facilitates blade cleaning.

The ergonomic design allows better cleaning and grip on the product.

Thanks to the powerful 220W/0.33 HP electric motor and 30 cm blade, it allows cutting cured meats without great difficulty.

Cutting System

The blade has a 300 mm diameter.

The graduated knob allows for millimetric cuts from 0 to 16 mm.

The food carriage allows to slice food with the following dimensions: 220x210 mm.

The food pusher is equipped with steel teeth that can be easily removed to facilitate cleaning and sanitizing.

The blade guard is removable thanks to a rear screw, ensuring easy cleaning of the blade and inside the meat slicer.

The food is placed on a polished anodized aluminium carriage, which makes the machine clean and anticorrosive.

The size of the food carriage is 280x230 mm. It runs on a sliding guide with ball bearings.

The machine is equipped with a sliding food pusher with teeth to hold the food to slice.

Complimentary fixed sharpener with double emery for sharpening.

Motor and Transmission

The meat slicer is equipped with an electric motor, ventilated to prevent overheating and make the machine silent.

The motor has a power of 220W and it is powered by a 230V current.

It allows cutting cured meats without great difficulty.

The belt transmission does not need adjustment, as the grip will remain perfect for a long time.
