The tool of the M90 is a cutter bar with a patented single blade movement, which includes a head with grease nipple and connecting rod with bearings, optimizing resistance and longevity. The cut is characterized by 880 strokes per minute and a working width of 87 cm, with a fixed working height of 2 cm, allowing for precise and uniform mowing. The machine is equipped with sheet metal skids and a double floating hood, which enhances terrain adaptability.

87 cm Cutter Bar.

Mulching Cutting System: the bar consists of a lower blade and an upper one, which moves in an oscillating motion in contact with the fixed lower blade acting as a counter-blade. This type of cutter bar is called mulching due to the particular clean cut it performs on any type, consistency, and height of grass, achieved thanks to the special profile of the blades it is composed of.

The cutter bar is equipped with blade holders placed on the upper part of it.

The cutter bar is of swing type.

It rotates around its attachment axis to the machine body, allowing this petrol-driven mower to work on any kind of terrain, even slightly uneven, being able to adapt to its irregularities.

The intermediate transmission is a worm gear in oil bath.

This extends the overall lifespan of this mower. In fact, the belt performs a function similar to that of a clutch (slipping in case of impact by the moving blades, often preventing the most wear-prone components of the machine from being damaged).

However, we advise against taking impacts with this mower or working on rocky terrains.

Another great benefit associated with the presence of the belt transmission is the blade engagement and disengagement lever (upper red lever). This petrol-driven mower allows it to be activated only when necessary, for example at the point where work is to be done, and then deactivated whenever necessary. For example, it allows for movements using the wheel traction but with the blade stopped.
