The Cruccolini Campagnola charcoal barbecue is a compact yet extremely sturdy solution, designed to ensure long-lasting reliability whether in the garden, on the terrace or when camping.
This barbecue is constructed entirely from 1.5 mm thick steel sheets. This feature ensures it remains highly resistant to the wear and tear caused by fire over the years. The embers grate is 3 mm thick, while beneath the sturdy ribbed steel sheets lies a tubular frame that provides an extremely solid structure, allowing it to be used with wood-fired cooking methods – a distinctive and rare feature for a charcoal barbecue.
The wrought iron frame ensures further sturdiness, while maintaining compact dimensions. The cooking surface measures 50x38 cm, with a total area of approximately 1900 cm², suitable for barbecues for 6-8 people.
The cooking grate is made of stainless steel and is equipped with two practical handles for easier moanoeuvring.
The charcoal barbecue features a front ventilation system, which helps with lighting and improves flame control during cooking.
There are also two side shelves, useful as a work surface during preparation. After use, they can be folded over the brazier to form an effective lid, allowing the embers to be quickly extinguished and stored for later use.
The first models, built in 1987, are still in use today.
The paint used (unlike that found in most artisanal products) is a special high-temperature type, which guarantees superior resistance (except in areas directly exposed to the fire).
This charcoal barbecue is generally ready for cooking in just 4 minutes.
