Trolley sprayer pump kit equipped with:

Very easy to use thanks to the supplied hose reel, and easy to move thanks to the large pneumatic wheels of the trolley.

It is the ideal tool for medium/large spraying jobs.

The adjustable operating pressure is 25 bar.

The entire frame and hose reel are made entirely of painted steel, which makes the sprayer pump strong and durable.

NOTE:
If products containing minerals such as kaolin, zeolite, basalt, etc. are used, washing should be carried out at the end of each treatment and at the end of each season to avoid long-term damage to the internal components of the pump. It is advisable to disassemble several parts of the pump, such as valves, heads and diaphragms, in order to clean out any agglomerated residues sedimented by the minerals.
These procedures will ensure a long life of the pump even if the above minerals are used.

The original latest-generation Loncin 148F-2 4-stroke engine with 80 cc displacement features ”OHV” overhead valve technology.

Dal Degan Trolley with 150 L Tank for spraying and weeding

The trolley with 150 L polyethylene tank by Dal Degan is designed to be easily moved and it is equipped with all the necessary precautions to make the job easier and faster.

Ideal for spraying (or weeding) treatments, in medium and large flat surfaces such as: vineyards, orchards, greenhouse crops, parks, gardens, orchards and for spraying detergents and colours in water solution, or at least for spraying jobs where you need to move to reach all the areas of the surface to treat.

We paid particular attention to weight distribution, to ensure easy movement thanks to a low centre of gravity and large pneumatic wheels.

150 L polyethylene tank, equipped with top screw lid, suction filter, lower discharge plug for complete emptying.

Spraying Kit with Lance and Hose Reel

This kit for spraying is ideal for a spray tank.

It contains everything you need to immediately start working.

The hose reel is designed to be mounted on a tank or other machines. The lance lever is heavy-duty and the 100mt tube works at high pressure. The kit also includes a brass fitting for the lance and 2 clamps.

THE KIT INCLUDES:

Steel hose reel
100 m heavy-duty 20 bar high-pressure netted hose
lever lance in brass and stainless steel, with ceramic nozzle with 1.5 mm diameter
brass fitting for lance + 2 clamps

The hose reel comes already assembled. The only thing you need to do is winding the hose (which requires very little time).

Assembly

The kit comes already assembled, divided into packagings.

The only operations required for assembly are:

winding the hose around the hose reel (the same operation required for storage)
screwing the 4 bolts on the base of the trolley
cutting and using about half a metre of the hose to connect the pump to the external side fitting of the hose reel.
connect the two suction and overflow hoses and the lance to the blue hose

The operation takes 30 minutes
