Very easy to use thanks to the supplied hose reel, and easy to move thanks to the large pneumatic wheels of the trolley.

It is the ideal tool for medium/large spraying jobs.

The adjustable operating pressure is 30 bar.

The entire frame and hose reel are made entirely of varnished steel, which makes the sprayer pump strong and durable.

NOTE:

Equipped with flanged pump, petrol engine with speed reducer and control unit for pressure regulation.

The valve has stainless steel site and plate.

Original latest-generation Loncin G 200 F 4-stroke petrol engine with 196 cc displacement. It features ”OHV” overhead valve technology. Thanks to this mechanism, the pump will not need a lot of maintenance work since it will be much less complex than the previous DOHC technology.

It also has a heavy-duty oil-bath connection multiplier between the engine and pump

The trolley with 150 L polyethylene tank by Dal Degan is designed to be easily moved and it is equipped with all the necessary precautions to make the job easier and faster.

Ideal for spraying (or weeding) treatments, in medium and large flat surfaces such as: vineyards, orchards, greenhouse crops, parks, gardens, orchards and for spraying detergents and colours in water solution, or at least for spraying jobs where you need to move to reach all the areas of the surface to treat.

We paid particular attention to weight distribution, to ensure easy movement thanks to a low centre of gravity and large pneumatic wheels.

Polyethylene 150 L tank, equipped with top screw lid, suction filter, lower discharge plug for complete emptying.

This kit for spraying is ideal for a spray tank.

It contains everything you need to immediately start working.

The hose reel is designed to be mounted on a tank or other machines. The gun is heavy-duty and the 100mt tube works at high pressure. The kit also includes a brass fitting for the lance and 4 clamps.

THE KIT INCLUDES:

• steel hose reel, suitable for the frame of various spraying units or other machines
• 100 m heavy-duty 40 bar high-pressure netted hose
• heavy-duty gun lance (for tall trees), with a 1.5 mm diameter ceramic nozzle, it has a high atomisation capacity and it is also suitable for the treatment of tall trees. It offers exceptional performance: you can adjust the pump pressure up to 30/40 bar.
• brass fitting for lance + 4 clamps

The hose reel comes already assembled. The only thing you need to do is winding the hose (which requires very little time).

The kit comes already assembled, divided into packagings.

The only operations required for assembly are:

• winding the hose around the hose reel (the same operation required for storage)
• screwing the 4 bolts on the base of the trolley
• cutting and using about half a metre of the hose, to connect the pump to the external side fitting of the hose reel.
• connect the two suction and overflow hoses and the lance to the blue hose
