Ceccato Tritone Monster - Professional Petrol garden Shredder - GX390 HONDA - Electric Start

The Ceccato Tritone Monster HONDA GX 390 garden shredder with electronic start-up is a professional petrol-engine bio-shredder, suitable for shredding large quantities of vegetable waste. It is an entirely Italian product and is equipped with a large loading hopper to facilitate the insertion of branched vegetable waste. It can grind a maximum diameter of 100 mm.

The inlet opening is: 62 x 52 cm The machine measures 150 cm in length, 220 cm in width and 197 cm in height. The wood chip discharge chute can be rotated through 180° and is about 2 m high. It is fitted with an 11.7 HP Honda GX390 engine with electronic start. It has a very large cutting apparatus of 600 mm in diameter. The cutting system is equipped with 2 front knives, 1 central knife, 24 knives / hammers and 2 counter-blades.

The hopper of the wood chipper can be folded down to save space during road transport or when put to rest. It is obligatory to close the hopper with the self-locking nuts before use.

The transmission between the motor and cutting mass is regulated by a pulley with friction in order to facilitate the setting in motion that takes place by means of two belts. It is also equipped with two counter-blades in order to obtain an excellent cutting. It is equipped with a circular self-cleaning screen that sieves the wood chips through 360°. It has three pneumatic wheels of large dimensions, one of which is rotatable driven by a rudder to facilitate manual movement.

The Tritone Monster Honda GX390 complies with the CE safety regulations.

Warning: Like all wood chippers and garden shredders, it is not suited for shredding grass, leaves, pine needles, etc. (it is intended to shred branches, but it can also grind leaves, needles and others)

Shredders intended use:
- The shredder must grind only green branches and not dried ones (which would limit its shredding capacity and lead to rapid deterioration of the blades);
- The branches must be preferably long, smooth and not knobby (otherwise the cutting diameter would be reduced);
- The branch cutting diameter indicated is the maximum, so it is advised not to shred larger branches. In this case it would be better to purchase a shredder with a larger branch cutting diameter;
- The cutting diameter can vary according to the amounts of wood (e.g: oak, olive, plum and peach are hardwoods and can reduce the cutting capacity of the wood chipper)

Large steel hopper: 62 x 52 cm The machine is able to process even very bulky branches and leaves, without having to pre-shred them. Thus, it also features a higher capacity that allows entering large volumes of material at a time.

The hopper can be closed for transport or storage, but it must be secured with the self-locking bolts provided before starting up.

The central rotor consists of two steel discs, firmly coupled together and of considerable thickness.

These then form an extremely robust cell (the heart of the shredder) with a truly superior size, robustness and performance, and a diameter of 69 cm.

This rotor is therefore among the most sturdy and smallest on the market.

Equipped with 2 large cutting blades. They carry out a pre-processing, sectioning the material present in the hopper in a more coarse fragments.

2 counter-blades, interchangeable and with extreme robustness, are embedded in the structure of the closing door of the shredding chamber. These, acting as counter-blades to the two main blades of the rotor, implement a scissor effect at the first cut of the branch fed into the hopper, providing an extremely efficient cut.

At the center of the rotor 2 blades are placed to optimize and refine the shredding.

24 rotating high speed chippers (or blades) in tempered steel They perform a centrifugal operation, reducing the material into small fragments.

To improve the quality of the wood chips and the effectiveness of the 24 rotary hammers, a circular chopping grid with endless counter-blades to the 24 hammers is placed around the main rotor.
In contrast to the former, these specially inclined counter-blades shred the branch inserted in the hopper.

Themexternal shredding chamber (the largest and most robust in its class) is proportionate in size to the  rotor it contains. It is very large and rounded shaped. It guarantees excellent productivity, as well as the durability in time.

The machine structure is 100 % made of steel. There is no plastic on this product.

Being about 2 m high, this chimney allows the wood chips to be discharged directly into a tractor or lorry trailer.

This lasts much longer than the traditional systems still used by all manufacturers with the motor directly connected to the shredding apparatus.

The shredder can be folded up to make transport or storage much easier.

It is recommended that the self-locking bolts supplied with the hopper be tightened before using the machine once it has been reopened.

In order to facilitate movement, two large rear pneumatic wheels have been integrated into the structure.
