The Ceccato Tritone Monster CINGO shredder is a professional machine designed for volumetric reduction of plant residues. It is equipped with a high-performance shredding system that allows branches up to 100 mm in diameter to be processed. The robust steel structure guarantees strength and durability, while the track system ensures optimal mobility on uneven terrain.

The 11.7 HP Honda GX390 engine powers the shredding mechanism with high efficiency. The cutting system includes 4 blades, 2 counter-blades and 24 shredding knives, ensuring a fine and even shredding of the material. The large 620 x 520 mm inlet facilitates the insertion of branches and plant residues, increasing productivity.

The transmission system is mechanical with independent releases and integrated brake, ensuring safe and precise movements. The shredder is mounted on a crawler with 4 speeds (3 forward + 1 reverse), allowing it to operate on rough terrain with stability and ease of manoeuvre.

Warning: Like all wood chippers and garden shredders, it is not suited for shredding grass, leaves, pine needles, etc. (it is intended to shred branches, but it can also grind leaves, needles and other vegetation that may be attached to the branches)

Garden shredders intended use:
- The wood chipper must grind only green branches, recently cut from the tree and not dried ones (which would limit its shredding capacity and lead to quick deterioration of the blades);
- The branches must be preferably long, smooth and not knobby (otherwise the cutting diameter would be reduced);
- The declared cutting diameter is the maximum, so in use, it is the exception and not the rule. In this case, it would be better to purchase a shredder with a larger branch cutting diameter;
- The cutting diameter can vary according to the consistency of the wood (e.g: oak, olive, plum and peach are hard woods and can reduce the cutting capacity of the wood shredder);

This shredder, like all petrol-powered shredders with a roller rotor, must be strictly used at maximum engine speed; the shredding rotor is highly large and must reach the maximum engine speed to ensure effective results, thus using the centrifugal force generated.
ATTENTION: using it at maximum engine speed, further not grinding branches efficiently and not being able to grind branches with large diameter, can lead to a whole series of issues:

Controls: easy to operate and ergonomic, offering precision and controllability in work.

The two lower levers are for steering, left and right respectively.

The steering can be adjusted depending on the control lever and it allows smooth moving. By partially pulling one or the other lever also the steering of the affected track, right or left, will be partial.

Gearbox: large, reliable and accurate.

Speed:3 forward gears + 1 reverse gear

Parking brakes:
attached to the gearbox, for greater stability and safety.
These are activated automatically when the controls are released (leaving the machine in neutral, even on a steep incline, the machine remains perfectly locked).

Mechanical transmission:
Robust and durable, it allows steering to be controlled by acting on the individual track and deactivating its rotation.

This belt drive gives the machine an extraordinary sturdiness, protecting both the engine and the internal shredding rotor from any kind of internal shock or kickback.

In case of a rotor clogging caused, for example, by a too large branch, stones, etc.. There is no risk of breaking the drive shaft and the motor, but the intermediate belt will slip or at least will break down.

Much longer service life than the standard systems still used by all manufacturers on their petrol-powered models, where the engine is directly connected to the shredding unit.

The exhaust chute, with which this shredder is equipped, can be rotated through 180°.

Simply turn the lever and, thanks to the two handles at the bottom, rotate it to the preferred position.

Being about two metres high, this chimney allows the wood chips to be unloaded directly into a tractor trailer or lorry.

The unloading angle can also be adjusted to control the distance at which the wood chips are ejected, thanks to the screw at the side.

• UNIFIED HOPPER:

It considerably simplifies and speeds up the work.
It relieves the Operator to separate large branches from smaller and green ones (before shredding), while each of them must be entered in their own hopper in standard garden shredders with 2 separate hoppers.

• SELF-FEEDING:

Once the branches are inserted into the hopper, the shredder pulls them inside the shredding unit autonomously This is possible thanks to the hopper vertical design. Thanks to the gravitational force, the mechanism can pull inside the branches to be shredded.

The central rotor consists of no less than two steel discs, firmly coupled together.

These then form an extremely robust cell (the heart of the shredder) of truly superior size, robustness and performance.

This rotor is therefore one of the sturdiest and largest rotors on the market.

Equipped with 4 large blades. They carry out pre-processing, dissecting the material in the hopper into coarser fragments.

Equipped with 24 hardened steel blades (or hammers) rotating at high speed. Thanks to their centrifugal motion they reduce the material in small wood chips.
