Saw for professional pruning with 33 cm curved blade. It is equipped with a sheath with adjustable buckle. The blades are made of steel with high carbon content with the hard chrome coating to increase the penetration in the branch and as an anti-rust treatment.

Each carbon rake move performing 1150 elliptical rotations per minute, with a counter-rotating motion.

The overall movement of the harvester head consists of 2 opposite elliptical motions with 1150 + 1150 beats per minute.

It mounts 3 carbon prongs of different lengths designed to optimise olive harvesting. In particular, the head mounts:

• 11 x 15 cm prongs
• 3 x 33 cm prongs
• 8 x 35 cm prongs

This is undoubtedly one of the most advanced and sophisticated systems in the field of olive harvesting equipment.

The advantages are:

• greater harvesting capacity of each single prong, that is, greater detachment of olives superior of more than 50%
• Almost non-existent breakage of branches and sprigs (as is the case with competitor harvester models whose horizontal movement from right to left is very violent and cause many sprigs to break);
• Drastically reduced amount of vibrations (thanks to the 2 counter- motions that counterbalance each other);
• Greater range of action of the 2 rakes;

In fact, while rotating they alternately approach and move away at high speed, reaching a considerable distance from each other when opening, also thanks to the exceptional length of the prongs; This reduces the frequency of the rakes movement and their relocation within the tree foliage.

This is the reason why the models of this brand differ significantly from all other manufacturers on the market who mount carbon prongs on the rakes. Competitor harvester models still feature the standard horizontal movement from right to left.

The electric motor gives this olive harvester exceptional balancing, which translates into less fatigue during use.

On the other hand, 99% of the harvesters on the market today still mount the motor in the head, next to the rakes, which is a simpler and more cost-effective solution (as it is more mechanically feasible), but that makes the tool extremely unbalanced, heavier and very tiring to use.

It is important to remember that in most cases the harvester is operated at the bottom of a pole, and if the weight is all concentrated at the top, it becomes really heavy to handle and certainly impossible to use for a whole day.

The comfort of use stems not from the total weight but from balancing weights, achieved by mounting the motor at the bottom of the pole.

SUPER POWERFUL motor: one of the most powerful among electric ones. It can operate the two rakes (which fit very long prongs) and make them perform a oscillatory movement each with 1150 + 1150 beats per minute.

The pole of this harvester is entirely made of carbon.

What are the advantages of this material compared to classic aluminium?

WARNING: the configuration with such a long pole is always the ideal one for tools such as the harvester because it mounts the motor at the bottom and proves much more practical in use. Perfect for use with shorter olive trees, we recommend to grip the pole from the middle to maintain a weight balance of 50%-50% (see diagram above) making its operation even more comfortable.
