CaRINO Electric Riding-on Flail Mower - 48 V/200 Ah Battery-powered Engine - 110 cm Cutting Width

The 48 V/200Ah CaRINO riding-on flail mower is the ideal tool for cutting and maintenance operations on maintenance-free lands, where grass has grown freely without any control.

Variable-speed and reversible electric drive via foot pedal (inverter). The lever near the steering wheel allows 3 different speeds:

• F forward speed
• N neutral speed
• R reverse speed

Equipped with large agricultural wheels, which ensure perfect traction even on the roughest terrain and guarantee a forward speed of up to 7 Km/H.

Fitted with 2 rear drive wheels and 2 front swivel wheels, for an ideal turning radius even in hard-to-reach areas.

Electric parking brake.

Powered by 2 separated electric motors, one for driving and one for cutting operations.

The cutting deck features a 110 cm cutting width and it is equipped with an independent motor-driven rotor with 32 knives for a clean cut even of the tallest and strongest vegetation.

Extremely sturdy and corrosion-resistant housing, with steel components welded using robotic process.

The cutting height is adjustable in 6 different positions via a lever laced on the right of the Operator’s seat.

Easily adjustable comfort seat for maximum Operator comfort during use. Ergonomic steering wheel, which can be adjusted in height and tilt via a small pedal at its base.

Modern front and rear LED headlights, which give the machine a more modern appearance also allowing it to be used in low-light conditions.

The riding-on flail mower also features a small side display, which allows checking the battery level.

The battery charger is equipped with cable for connection to the private or public network, with the possibility of choosing the power and charging time.

Removable and replaceable battery: the rapid-charge system allows quickly replace the battery in case of long cutting operations.

Both sides of the cutting deck are equipped with two large-sized fins, featuring a long welding strip, positioned to increase the structure and sturdiness to possible shocks and jolts of the entire cutting system and rotor.

Around the cutting deck there is also an additional protection that will reduce the possibility of stones and debris splashing between the knives during cutting and damaging them.

The cutting height can be adjusted from 3 cm to 8 cm. Especially used in parks, vineyards and fields for perfect cutting results even on large areas with very high grass.

The height of the cutting deck can be adjusted by means of a lever placed near the Operator's seat.

The tractor delivers a power of 11 kW, powering two dedicated electric motors: one exclusive for all movement and manoeuvring operations of the machine; the second exclusive for the working phases of the cutting equipment - platter or mulcher.

A fundamental aspect to emphasise is that the quality of the cutting work remains constant and is not affected by the movement of the machine, remaining at the same level during manoeuvring operations.

The CaRINO is completely powered by a 48 V lithium-ion battery unit.

The machine greatly reduces noise when working in urban areas, and it does not even produce exhaust fumes like petrol- or diesel-powered vehicles. This makes the quality of the working environment far better than that of machines with petrol engines.

These features make it suitable for residential areas, campsites, relaxation areas or hotel complexes, all places where a low noise level must be maintained.

A further advantage of the electric motor is its lower maintenance, due to the lack of wearing parts such as filters, spark plugs, etc..

The machine is able to overcome slopes of 15% on dry ground.

Working autonomy of up to 6 h, and up to 20 h for movement only.

It can be conveniently recharged from domestic and industrial networks, with the possibility to choose power and charging time.
