BullMach ZEUS 200 BH-LE - Towable petrol garden shredder - Loncin 420cc with electric start

The BullMach ZEUS 200 LE petrol wood chipper / shredder allows reducing the weeds and twigs to an easy to handle and suitable size for composting. The tiny wood chips crushing also reduces the time required for the decomposition of the latter.

The large steel hopper can process even very bulky branches and leaves without pre-shredding them. Thus, it also has a large capacity that allows entering large volumes of material at a time.

The BullMach ZEUS 140 BH-LE shredder has been designed and built for processing large diameter branches and logs (100 mm)

It mounts a 420cc Loncin (15 HP)motor, which is a powerful and reliable engine at the same time.

Warning: Like all wood chippers and garden shredders, it is not suited for shredding grass, leaves, pine needles, etc. (it is intended to shred branches, but it can also grind leaves, needles and others)

Shredders intended use:
- The shredder must grind only green branches and not dried ones (which would limit its shredding capacity and lead to rapid deterioration of the blades);
- The branches must be preferably long, smooth and not knobby (otherwise the cutting diameter would be reduced);
- The branch cutting diameter indicated is the maximum, so it is advised not to shred larger branches. In this case it would be better to purchase a shredder with a larger branch cutting diameter;
- The cutting diameter can vary according to the amounts of wood (e.g: oak, olive, plum and peach are hardwoods and can reduce the cutting capacity of the wood chipper)

The only one of the category with intermediate double belt drive transmission

This feature gives high sturdiness to the unit, protecting both the engine and all the shredding system from every possible internal hit or kickback.

Higher durability over time compared to the standard system of all the manufacturers of petrol-powered machineries, the transmission is directly connected to the shredding cutting system.

In the event of a locked rotor caused for example by a big branch, stones, etc ... it is not likely that the the transmission shaft will break and that you will have to throw away the engine, but you will have a slip or at least breakage of the intermediate strap.

The machine is equipped with automatic branch feeding.

The hopper can be opened by unscrewing the special bolts present at the shredder opening.

Everything is managed by a control panel that manages the speed regulation: therefore, according to the thickness of the branches to be shredded, it will be sufficient to adjust the rotation speed to optimize the cut.

This system makes it possible to greatly simplify and speed up the processing operations.

The wood chipper is equipped with anti-jam system: in the event that the rotor gets over-stressed or it stops while processing the material, the Operator needs to move the lever on the feeding hopper.

E-STOP system, in case of emergency, press the red alarm button placed above the hopper: the cutting roller will be immediately stopped. Regardless of the position of the control bar, the engine will also be stopped.

THE MACHINE IS PROVIDED WITHOUT OIL. BEFORE USE, FILL THE 10 L TANK WITH V46 OIL

This petrol garden shredder is equipped with a roller for the automatic branch feeding, which is managed by a hydraulic pump.

The anti-clogging system can be used by means of a special lever located under the loading hopper. Indeed, this lever manages the engine hydraulic valves and it reverses the rotor direction of rotation, thus enabling it to be unlocked. It is also possible to select a rotation speed of the roller.

The hydraulic oil tank can hold a maximum of 10 L.

The central rotor is composed of:

• Two cutting blades of large dimensions: they carry out a pre-processing step, cutting the material present in the hopper into smaller-sized fragments
• Thus, it also consists of a counter-blade, by acting as a counter-blade on the two main cutting blades on the rotor, it allows cutting as a shear-effect inside the hopper, ensuring an extremely easy cut.
• Finally, the rotor is also equipped with ten cutting hammers (or blades) in hardened steel, which rotate at high speed: they perform a centrifugal operation, reducing the branches into small fragments

Provided with 360° rotating discharge chute.

Simply unscrew the bolts placed in the joint ring and move it as desired.

Thanks to its height, the discharge chute allows you to throw out the wood chips straight into a tractor trailer or truck.

The inclination of the discharge chute is also adjustable in order to control the distance of the discharged shredded material.

The large front supporting foot provides stability to the machine. This allows to distribute the weight over a greater surface area, thus avoiding that the wood chipper from plunging in soft grounds.

The BullMach ZEUS 140 BH-LE shredder is equipped with double grip to facilitate the moving operations.
