The BullMach ZEUS 160 LE petrol wood chipper is an excellent solution for the removal of brushwood and twigs, cutting them to a size that is easy to handle and suitable for composting. The precise shredding of the material helps speed up the composting process.
This machine is equipped with a large hopper, made of sturdy steel, able to gather big branches and twigs without the need for a preliminary working. Its large capacity allows the insertion of a wide range of material in a single time.
The cutting disc diameter is 600 mm.
The BullMach ZEUS 160 BH-LE garden shredder has been designed to handle operations on branches and twigs with a diameter up to 100 mm.
Its sturdiness is entrusted to a steel rotor, which ensures limitless practical durability over time. The cutting diameter is suitable to easily work green branches up to 100 mm. With larger branches, we suggest to insert the material very slowly, thus allowing the machine to successfully cope the work.
The machine ensures an extraordinary working capacity, being able to tackle long and demanding working session by constantly shredding large-diameter wood at a professional level. High hourly output, over the standard petrol wood chippers consisting of rotor with blades and hammers.
The 420 cc (15 HP) Loncin engine of the machine ensures considerable power and reliability at the same time.
Attention: Like all wood chippers and garden shredders, it is not suited for shredding grass, leaves, pine needles, etc. (it is intended to shred branches, but it can also grind leaves, needles and others)
Garden shredders intended use:
- The wood chipper must grind only green branches and not dried ones (which would limit its shredding capacity and lead to quick deterioration of the blades);
- The branches must be preferably long, smooth and not knobby (otherwise the cutting diameter would be reduced);
- The branch cutting diameter indicated is the maximum, so it is advised not to shred larger branches. In this case it would be better to purchase a shredder with a larger branch cutting diameter;
- The cutting diameter can vary according to the amounts of wood (e.g: oak, olive, plum and peach are hardwood and can reduce the cutting capacity of the wood chipper);
