The BullMach ZEUS 150 PTO is a heavy-duty tractor-mounted garden shredder, specifically intended for shredding large quantities of vegetable waste.

The discharge chute can rotate 360° and it is 2 m high, thus allowing discharging wood chips directly into the boxes.

The garden shredder is equipped with a large hopper, which facilitates processing waste branches and wood residuals, resulting in the possibility of shredding woods with a maximum diameter of 150 mm.

The rotor consists of 4 large-sized interchangeable blades and a counter blade.

Central rotor and shredding chamber

The cutting system consists of:
- No. (220 mm) 4 large and thick cutting blades, mounted on a swivelling steel plate located at the end of the hopper.

Equipped with large and sturdy shredding chamber. It features a rounded shape that ensures great productivity and long durability of the cutting system. Focus on the flap opening system.

The counter blade is mounted directly on the outer side of the shredding chamber.

Warning: Before starting the machine, make sure to adjust the counter blade by means of the specific bolts in order to avoid damaging the rotor.

Unified hopper

Large steel hopper with 69x69 cm opening.

The machine is able to process even very bulky branches and leaves, without having to pre-shred them.

Thus, it also features a higher capacity that allows entering large volumes of material at a time.

It is possible to quickly open the hopper by turning it on two hinges for quick access to the rotor in case of blocks.

Indeed, when the torque exceeds the power bearable by the bolt, the latter breaks off and the power will be reset.

To restore the transmission, it must be replaced with one of the same strength, diameter, thread and length.
