The Olimpo 23-56 Blue Bird harvester model combines good operational efficiency with an ergonomic design to improve both productivity and operator well-being.

The rod is made of carbon. It gives the harvester lightness and manoeuvrability. This particular attention to lightness reduces operator fatigue, particularly important during harvesting sessions that require many hours of continuous work. This contributes to a less tiring and more efficient harvesting experience.

Comfort is further emphasized by the addition of a soft grip surface. This surface has been designed to ensure a firm and secure grip, while simultaneously decreasing the tension accumulated in the hands and wrists during prolonged operations.

As far as mechanical performance is concerned, the harvester is equipped with a compact induction motor strategically positioned at the top of the rod. It also facilitates an unhindered penetration between the tree branches, allowing for easier collection.

The working width of 500mm and the possibility of choosing between three different operating modes, this harvester is adjustable to the various needs that each olive grove presents.

Includes 3 x 18V 5Ah batteries.

WARNING:The machine is specified by the manufacturer to operate at a maximum voltage of 21 volts, corresponding to the peak voltage of the built-in battery. The device is designed to operate with a nominal voltage of 18 volts, the same as indicated on the batteries.

The 21V lithium-ion battery can be recharged at any time (just like the batteries of mobile phones, no memory effect) so it is always ready to use. It lasts an average of 3 times more than a standard battery. The battery is equipped with a comfortable charge indicator.

• More reliable than an internal combustion engine. No spark plug, filters, oil dipstick, carburettors, etc. or components which can cause problems.

• Zero maintenance, for the same reasons given before.
• Lower consumption and drastically reduced operating costs compared to internal combustion engines (great results with minimal power required). In addition, the Operator won’t have to buy the fuel (that it should always be fresh).
• Zero vibrations, thanks to the electric motor. Instead, almost all engine-powered machines, which are not equipped with an anti-vibration system on steel springs, have a very high degree of vibrations, making the work quite unpleasant.
• Zero fumes, zero impact on the environment and, above all, zero repercussions on the Operator’s health.
• Much more silent and therefore pleasant to use than an internal combustion engine.

The Blue Bird Harvester consists of 4+4 carbon binder sticks on the head that are easy to replace.

The arms therefore carry a total of 8 carbon fibre rods with facilitated replacement. The prongs are 32 cm long to allow you to enter deep into the foliage.

The collection comb works with a constant horizontal movement.

The induction motor is contained above the head and is very compact to help with the penetration.

The lightweight 240 cm long carbon rod ensures to reach even the highest points. In addition, the product, because of the material of which it is made of, is very light to guarantee little fatigue to the operator during the work.

The ON/OFF switch at the bottom of the pole allows the Operator, once switched on the machine, to handle it effortlessly as needed. This means that is not necessary to hold a hand on the handle to keep the trigger pushed.

LONGER LIFE: up to 3 times higher than nickel–cadmium batteries, reducing the need to recharge during long periods of use.

FULL CHARGE FOR THE ENTIRE BATTERY LIFE: the charge of the lithium-ion batteries does not fade. Unlike nickel-cadmium batteries, which power gradually decreases, lithium-ion batteries’ cells maintain constant power throughout the entire cycle. The same charge for the entire cycle without reducing the motor speed. The battery is running at full power until its complete exhaustion.

LONGER CHARGE LIFE: lithium-Ion batteries last 3-4 times longer than traditional Nickel-Cadmium batteries and their power storage lasts longer so they lose less power. Lithium-ion batteries can be recharged up to 2000 times!

LIGHTWEIGHT: Lithium-ion batteries have the best power-weight rate. They weigh 1/3 of nickel-cadmium ones.

ENVIRONMENTALLY-FRIENDLY: Lithium-ion battery-powered tools are recyclable and are produced without heavy metals.
