The Bertolini Pumps POLY 2105 VS tractor-mounted treatment pump is a professional model designed for intensive agricultural applications. It is a semi-hydraulic three-diaphragm pump designed to ensure high efficiency in the distribution of plant protection products and other chemical liquids, including aggressive ones. The configuration with anodised aluminium heads and body coated in polypropylene ensures protection against oxidation and corrosion, even in difficult environmental conditions.
The motor requires 3 kW (4 HP) of power and can be coupled to combustion engines, electric motors, or the tractor-mounted power take-off thanks to the splined shaft. Hydraulic performance includes a maximum flow rate of 106 L/min and an operating pressure of up to 15 bar, making it suitable for extensive spraying systems or specialised crops in orchards, vineyards and intensive cultivation.
The machine body is matte anthracite grey, with black plastic components and orange and transparent details on the oil tank. The design is compact and symmetrical, designed for installation even on agricultural machinery with limited space. Its low weight of 13 kg facilitates both transport and assembly. The pumping unit is equipped with a transparent external oil tank, which allows immediate level control.
The three-diaphragm system offers stable operation with low vibration and noise levels. The spherical profile valves improve volumetric efficiency and simplify routine maintenance.

- Polypropylene pump body: resistant to chemical attack from plant protection liquids and corrosion from moisture or debris in the working environment;

PLEASE NOTE:
If products containing mineral substances such as kaolin, zeolite, basalt, etc. are used, in order to avoid long-term damage to the internal components of the pump, it is advisable to flush the pump at the end of each treatment and at the end of each season, and to dismantle certain parts of the pump, such as valves, heads and membranes, in order to clean any mineral residues that may have accumulated.
These procedures will ensure the long life of the pump even when using the above-mentioned minerals.
