Equipped with a 300mm hard chrome blade, the Berkel Tribute slicer offers exceptional cutting capacity, ideal for catering.

The non-removable NFC tags in the case certify the authenticity of the slicer.

The Berkel Tribute slicer has been designed to efficiently position the cured meat cutting board under the blade, facilitating the preparation and plating work.

The machine is equipped with a sliding food pusher with minimum thickness to minimise food waste, with iron teeth capable to hold the food to be sliced.

In addition, the integrated sharpener with separate movements ensures perfect sharpening and preservation of the original shape of the blade.

The slicer case is made of a special aluminium alloy, with rubber feet and Stainless Steel to ensure maximum stability during use.

The height of the machine is 700 mm up to the feet, while the flywheel protrudes the remaining 70 mm below the base.

The lever that unlocks the safety ring of the blade is placed under the tower of the meat slicer.

The anodized aluminium knob adjusts the automatic carriage operation, allowing cuts from a minimum of 0 mm to a maximum of 1.5 mm

The food carriage slides on a guide.

This system has many advantages:

• the possibility of placing the food carriage directly under the blade

The plate is moved by a connecting rod activated by some gears operated by the flywheel, the blade transmission instead consists of a thick chain.

The blade has a cut of 210 mm for round food and 270x210 mm for square food

This meat slicer is entirely made of anodized alloy, the absolute best material for this type of machines, because it guarantees durability and corrosion resistance that is absolutely superior to all other materials used.

The cutting plate has an automatic movement that can be adjusted using an anodized aluminium handle.

This movement takes place through a piston that comes into contact with an arm connected to a toothed wheel that advances the plate.

The arm for holding the foodstuffs has a stroke stop positioned at the shortest possible distance from the blade to minimise scarp as much as possible without letting the iron teeth come into contact with the cutting plate and blade.

The motion of the slicer is controlled via Berkel’s floral flywheel

The transmission is chain and gear-driven, guaranteeing maximum performance and superior reliability essential for continuous professional use.

A toothed stainless steel plate placed above the carriage and easily removable to facilitate cleaning.

The same happens for the food tray.

The adjustable press with iron tips also makes it possible to keep the product to be sliced still and immobile.

The slicer is equipped with a removable sharpener with a two-movement sharpening system.

This accessory is required in order to always obtain a perfectly sliced product.

Focus on the sharpening procedure:

Place the sharpener in the sharpening position .

Bring the sharpener close to the blade and proceed sharpening.
