BERKEL RL300 RED heavy-duty gravity meat slicer

A machine that guarantees the highest performance, providing all the features that make it compliant with European standards for professional use.

Compact yet powerful and versatile with a 190W (0.25 HP) motor and an impressive 30 cm chrome-plated steel blade.

Elegant and modern design, with classic BERKEL manufacturer features such as the red colouring and golden details.

The slicer is made of aluminium alloy, the absolute best material for this type of machines, which guarantees a durability and a resistance to corrosion absolutely superior to the other materials used.

The food tray is inclined so as to use gravity for maximum precision in each slice.

The machine is equipped with a minimum thickness sliding food pusher to minimise waste, equipped with iron teeth to hold the food to slice

The meat slicer is equipped with an integrated sharpener with separate movements, so as to preserve the original blade profile.

There is a steel slice deflector behind the blade, so that the slices won’t stick to it.

BERKEL RL300 RED is designed to allow you to place the food carriage directly under the blade, optimising preparation and serving time.

Berkel pays great attention to detail, as in the two-button switch on the RL300 meat slicer.

The cutting unit is easy to remove by moving it completely to the left and setting the cutting thickness to 0.

This will unlock the lever underneath the tray, so that you can remove the unit.

The Berkel RL300 is placed on a set of rubber-coated anti-skid feet, and is also equipped with a cable with schuko plug.
