This aspect allows you to tackle even large-scale conservation tasks with relative ease.

One of the ergonomically designed components of this tool is the convenient pulp chute, which makes it easy to collect and direct the processed product. In addition, the adjustable screw provides customisable control over the density of the sauce, allowing you to achieve a more concentrated or more fluid consistency, according to your preferences and the specific requirements of the recipe.

In the meat-processing sector, our tomato press and mincer proves to be equally excellent, with a remarkable processing capacity of 1300 g per minute.

This speed combined with the efficiency of the star-shaped blades and the 3, 5 and 7 mm stainless steel dies allows for uniform, high-quality mincing of meat, guaranteeing excellent results in every culinary preparation.

In addition, the device comes with specialised accessories for making sausages and kibbe, thereby further expanding your culinary options. The “reverse” function is a clever addition, allowing the direction of rotation to be reversed in the event of a blockage, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted operation.

Ease of maintenance was taken into account during the design process, as the tomato and meat grinder was created with user-friendliness in mind.

This equipment is distinguished by a sophisticated single-phase asynchronous electric motor with 230 V and a power rating of 300 W. This technological configuration guarantees reliable and optimal performance in all operations, maintaining a balance between power and energy consumption.

ATTENTION: the machine is entirely made of food-grade materials, but the internal components are not washed when they leave the manufacturer’s factory. We recommend to make a grinding test on two kilos of tomato, which must be thrown away afterwards, in order to perfectly clean the internal components and to remove any possible processing residue on the inside (including small fragments of plastic, metal or tin).

In tomato press mode, Ardes Passito consists of a machine body, filter cone and ring nut made of food-grade stainless steel; other components, such as the chute and the pestle are in food-grade PPL (plastic)

The filter cone is made of 18/10 stainless steel

The pestle is made of polyethylene.

The tomato press can process tomatoes also with skin, by pressing them only once at most. Therefore, for a smooth operation of the machine, it is not recommended to process the tomato skins over again.

The practical meat mincer makes it easy to prepare minced meat and sausages at home.

The machine body is made of plastic and the ring nut is made of food-grade stainless steel, while other elements, such as the sausage stuffer and the kubbe kit are made in food-grade plastic.
