The Alpina ASC 1.3 E electric lawn scarifier is light and easy to use.
This cutting tool is powered by a 100% environmentally friendly 1300 W motor.
Equipped with 2 easily interchangeable rotors:
- Rotor with 36 springs for lawn;
- Rotor with 16 double blades made of hardened steel for scarifying the soil.
It is a very versatile tool, which can operate as a lawn scarifier and raker.
The Alpina ASC 1.3 E lawn scarifier features a working width varying from - 6 mm to + 4 mm.
It can operate with or without the collection bag, meaning that the Operator can choose whether to collect debris or release them on the ground.
WARNING:
Before the aeration process the garden MUST BE STRICTLY abundantly watered, in order to prevent dust from entering inside the electric motor and cause damage. Furthermore, damp soil is much softer and facilitates this type of work, preventing problems with the transmission (belts, pulleys, etc.)
* The right time for this operation is Spring, after the first mowing and depending on the area and climate (generally around March/April). For a perfect lawn care, it is highly recommended to repeat the operation in Autumn as well, thus removing the harder moss.
