The Alce Livia 198x130 outdoor wooden shed is a space-saving solution designed for those who need a tidy place to store garden equipment and outdoor tools. With a floor space of 2.10 s.q. m., it fits easily even in small gardens.
The supporting structure is based on 16 mm fir panels, chosen for their good insulating properties and natural resistance to moisture. The wood used comes from responsibly managed forests, as certified by PEFC certification. The surfaces can be treated or coloured with outdoor impregnating agents.
Assembly is extremely simple thanks to the interlocking Block House system. No special tools are required, as the modules are pre-assembled. The kit includes screws, accessories and detailed instructions. In just a few simple steps, the shed will be ready for use, solid and well finished.
A 12 mm floor panel is laid at the base, supported by autoclave-treated subfloor battens. This prevents direct contact with the ground and helps protect against moisture.
The roof, also made of 12 mm panels, comes with a 3 mm bituminous shingle waterproof covering, applied to provide protection against precipitation and bad weather. The two pitches facilitate the discharge of rainwater, preventing stagnation.
The main façade has a single hinged door (71x160 cm) with a metal bolt lock. The generous opening allows access even for bulky tools. Next to the door is a 34x52 cm transparent Plexiglas window, which allows sunlight to enter while maintaining safety thanks to its impact-resistant properties.
The windows increase visibility inside during daylight hours, improving practicality when removing and storing items.
The main features are:
- 16 mm natural fir structure: guarantees stability and good insulation, with PEFC-certified panels for environmental sustainability;
- Interlocking Block House system: allows for quick installation with pre-shaped modules and accessories included;
- Roof with 3 mm bituminous membrane: provides effective waterproofing and promotes rainwater drainage;
- Floor raised on impregnated slats: protects the interior from moisture and extends the life of the wood;
- Solid door and plexiglass window: allow good accessibility and safe natural lighting.
Follow the instructions in the manual carefully for all operations.
Assembly time for two people is approximately 4 hours.
ATTENTION: for assembly, we recommend preparing a flat wooden or concrete base. The structure is made of untreated and unpainted wood, so once assembled, we recommend applying a protective treatment with a neutral or coloured impregnating agent .
