The Livia 198x130 wooden shed is the perfect solution for those looking for a space-saving yet efficient solution. With its 2.10 m² of internal space, it offers a well-organised space for storing garden tools, seasonal utensils or small outdoor furniture, keeping the environment tidy and protected.
This wooden shed is constructed with 16 mm thick reinforced walls in natural fir.
The Block House interlocking system makes assembly quick and easy: the panels arrive pre-cut and shaped, ready to be assembled with the help of the detailed instructions and hardware included. No special tools are required, and in no time at all, the shed will be ready for use.
The raised floor rests on autoclave-impregnated slats, which insulate the base from damp ground and extend the life of the structure.
The gable roof, with 12 mm panels, is covered with a 3 mm bituminous shingle membrane: a waterproof coating that ensures optimal drainage and protection from rain.
The shed is equipped with a single hinged door (71x160 cm) with a metal lock, designed to facilitate the passage of even bulky tools and equipped with a metal bolt. Next to the entrance is a fixed, impact-resistant plexiglass window (34x52 cm), which allows light to enter safely, making the interior more usable and welcoming even during daylight hours.
The window layout increases interior brightness and improves usability during daily use.
Finally, the wood used is PEFC certified, indicating that it comes from responsibly managed forests. The panels can be customised with specific paints for outdoor use.

ATTENTION: for assembly, we recommend preparing a flat wooden or concrete base. The structure is made of wood painted with green water-based impregnating agent. However, we strongly recommend painting the playhouse with a protective impregnating treatment after assembly.
