Airmec TEB22-510LO (510 L/min) Petrol Engine-driven Air Compressor with Loncin 6.5 HP Engine

The Airmec TEB22-510LO engine-driven air compressor is a highly heavy-duty product with a 4-stroke petrol engine. Recoil starter with self-recovery rope.

The folding handle makes it extremely compact and suitable for transport. A practical and manoeuvrable frame with pneumatic wheels facilitates movement even over rough terrain.

Twin-cylinder two-stage head with high air output. Automatic vent and vacuum valve maintains constant pressure in the tank. Complete with filter-reducer-lubricator, glycerine pressure gauge and universal quick taps.

The head is a Nuair twin-cylinder SB 38C model and the engine is a Loncin 6.5 Hp.

The machine is equipped with a 11+11 double tank, giving the engine-driven air compressor a dual advantage over other models equipped with a single tank.

The engine-driven air compressor comes with large pneumatic wheels and a practical handlebar to facilitate transport and movement during working sessions. Practical and easy to handle thanks to its extremely compact dimensions.

The highly professional top quality head unit is intended for heavy-duty continuous work.

This head unit is twin-cylinder with cast iron cylinders and guarantees long service life. High air output: 510 L/minute of suction air, enough to guarantee the operation of two harvesters, four pruning shears and a chainsaw.

Head working at low rpm for truly exceptional durability.

The reduction ratio of the number of revolutions is obtained by the pulleys of different diameter that are assembled to the motor and to the head unit respectively.
The degree of professionalism and more generally the life of the compressor is largely determined by the number of revolutions per minute of the cylinder head.

A low revolutions number means low wear and longer life of the air compressor.

Double tank (11 + 11 L).
The two tanks give the air compressor two advantages over other models equipped with a single tank:

a) Greater air reserve

b) Greater air cooling with consequent more efficient separation of condensate from the air that then feed the equipment (a feature emphasised by the three cooling manifolds on the cylinder head).
