Twist Plus 2.0 Harvester

Twist Plus is a battery-powered electric olive harvester (new oscillating system with two opposing combs, equipped with pure carbon rods). This patented system ensures very low vibrations for the operator while being particularly effective in harvesting olives, even the most stubborn ones, making them fall within the tree's perimeter.

The harvester, equipped with a 2.3m pole, can reach a length of 3.3m thanks to the 2 extension poles provided, which can be mounted at the end of the pole

Horizontal Opposing Motion

The carbon rakes move with each performing lateral oscillations, with movement opposite to each other. This allows for both excellent harvesting performance and the ability to detach even the most stubborn olives from the plant (making them fall nearby) through the vibration transmitted by the flexible rods to the branches, without damaging the fruit or stressing the plant. It thus stands out significantly from other manufacturers of carbon-toothed harvesters on the market. The advantages:

greater harvesting capacity of each individual tooth, meaning greater detachment of olives
significantly superior harvesting capacity
reduced vibrations (thanks to the 2 counter-oscillating motions that balance each other, lowering the vibration level)

Unlike all other harvesters on the market, there is no specific technique for using the Twist Standard: it can be used as a comb on well-pruned and sparse trees or inserted and repeatedly extracted from the canopy in unpruned and very dense trees, which do not allow the combing of machines.

The Rods

The best deep penetration on the market, thanks to its very long rods, up to 28 cm. It therefore harvests to a considerable depth. All these features make it particularly suitable for working on very dense and/or unpruned olive trees. It does not damage the olives and does not cause breakages or damage to the twigs. The rod fastening system, with conical fitting and nut, is designed to allow simple and quick replacement in case of breakage.

The Motor

270 W = maximum motor power; delivered under momentary maximum machine effort conditions (very dense plants where the comb strokes slow down).

The type of use the operator makes of the machine (normal or heavy); determines the duration of the motor itself.

The motor unit is equipped with a device that ensures the constant maintenance of the number of strokes of the parallel combs, thus ensuring an optimal level of harvesting performance.

It is equipped with an automatic stop device in case of exceeding maximum effort, which restarts automatically after a few seconds.

The working head mechanism is entirely mounted on shielded ball bearings that ensure very long maintenance intervals, excellent reliability, and low friction with consequent energy savings.

All enclosed in a robust ABS housing that protects all the mechanisms that transmit movement to the rakes from dust, dirt, and impacts.

Extension Pole and Handle

The lightweight extension pole in aluminium, is equipped with an ergonomic handle.

The ON/OFF switch positioned at the lower part of the pole allows the operator, once turned on, to hold the machine in the most suitable way for the work being done, without forcing them to keep a hand in a fixed position to hold the trigger.

The ear protection as to be the one recommended for all working conditions. Indeed, the earmuffs provided on the standard kit are specifically designed to protect the operator against the noise coming from the brush cutter.

Protective goggles that can be used as an alternative to the visor mask.
Protective mask goggles in polycarbonate with CE certificate, equipped with antifog and anti-scratch panoramic screen. The ventilation is ensured thanks to the holes made on the frame to avoid obfuscation and to improve comfort of use.

Cotton gloves with rubber waves, for greater comfort and a secure and stable grip on the equipment

Multipurpose lithium grease spray, 400 ml, to lubricate the internal transmission gears of the olive harvester Universal lithium grease suitable for any type of lubrication both on kinematic devices and on rotating ones.
