TWIGO 12V is the new electric olive shaker with opposed motion, unique in its kind, entirely designed and manufactured by AIMA, using the most advanced design, research and production techniques.
It marks a turning point in the field of electric machines for olive harvesting by proposing the new system with two superimposed combs with opposite oscillatory motion (patented). It inherits the qualified system of opposing comb motion, even more perfected and effective thanks to an engineering process of refinement on the ergonomics and distribution of masses and weights. These improvements have made the system unique.
This patented system reduces vibrations while working and improves the performances as it can even harvest the hardest olives which will fall down inside the perimeter of the tree. The excellent ergonomics of the head, together with the long carbon fibre prongs, ensure excellent penetration into the foliage (even the thickest one), without damaging the olive tree. The head's kinematics, made of self-lubricating materials and completely mounted on bearings, ensure reliability over time and very low maintenance. The new head half shells and combs have been modified to minimise the penetration of dust and dirt into the drive components.
The Twigo olive shaker features an extremely low weight and, thanks to its excellent balance, makes the tool extremely easy and comfortable to use.
The olive harvester, equipped with a 2.3 m pole in its tandard configuration, can be extended of up to 3.3 m by connecting the extension pole (15/100 cm) that can be connected at the bottom of the fixed pole.
