The AgriEuro BIO 500-EBIONDA single-phase electric garden shredder allows reducing weeds and twigs in an easy to handle and suitable size for composting. Shredding operations also allow reducing the material decomposing time.

The wood chipper is equipped with a large steel hopper that can process even very bulky branches and leaves without having to pre-shred them. Thus, it also features a higher capacity that allows entering a large amount of material at a time.

Garden shredders intended use:
- The wood chipper must grind only green branches and not dried ones (which would limit its shredding capacity and lead to quick deterioration of the blades);
- The branches must be preferably long, smooth and not knobby (otherwise the cutting diameter would be reduced);
- The branch cutting diameter indicated is the maximum, so it is advised not to shred larger branches. In this case it would be better to purchase a shredder with a larger branch cutting diameter;
- The cutting diameter can vary according to the amounts of wood (e.g: oak, olive, plum and peach are hardwood and can reduce the cutting capacity of the wood chipper);

The machine is able to process even very bulky branches and leaves, without having to pre-shred them. Thus, it also features a higher capacity that allows entering a large amount of material at a time.

• UNIFIED HOPPER:

It considerably simplifies and speeds up the operations.
It avoids the Operator to separate large branches from smaller and green ones (before shredding), while each of them must be entered in their own hopper in standard garden shredders with 2 separate hoppers.

• SELF-FEEDING:

Once introduced the branches into the hopper, the shredder pulls them inside the shredding unit autonomously thanks to the hopper vertical design. Thanks to the gravitational force, the mechanism can pull inside the branches to be shredded. WARNING: the branches must not be too bulky because this may limit the functionality of the machine.

Indeed, it is an induction motor featuring 3 Hp of power that guarantees a perfect wood chips shredding.

The central rotor is composed of 2 steel flywheels firmly assembled together.

These then represent a sturdy unit (the main component of the garden shredder) of truly superior size, strength and performance.

Thus, this rotor is therefore one of the sturdiest and largest rotors on the market.

Equipped with 2 large shredding blades. They pre-shred the wood into the hopper reducing it in coarse wood chips.

Equipped with 6 hardened steel shredding blades (or hammers) rotating at high speed. Thanks to their centrifugal motion they shred the branches in small wood chips.

The outer shredding chamber is proportionate to the rotor it includes. It guarantees excellent productivity, as well as the durability of the system.

The machine structure is 100% made of steel. No plastic has been used.

Reinforced shredding blades: 2 large shredding blades. These blades pre-shred the material into the hopper creating a coarse wood chip (the blades are highly thick and fixed with 3 stainless steel bolts).

Equipped with hammer: 6 hardened steel shredding blades (or hammers) rotating at high speed. Thanks to their centrifugal motion they shred the branches in small wood chips.

Equipped with counter-blade: Once assembled the hopper, it will be placed near the 2 rotating cutting blades fixed on the rotor. Thus, the "Blade + Counter-blade" system makes shredding operations easier and more efficient, reducing motor effort at the same time.

Focus on the sieve: This model of garden shredder is almost the only machinery equipped with the removable SELF-CLEANING SIEVE, which allows the wood chips to be discharged exclusively once perfectly shredded by the 6 hammers. The sieve is equipped with 1 support bolt that allows it to be assembled or disassembled from the discharge chute opening. By removing the sieve, the garden shredder will produce coarser wood chips, maximising the hourly output. By assembling the sieve, on the other hand, will maximise the shredding capacity of the machine, producing smaller wood chips.

The sieve, equipped with 3 slots, holds the wood chips inside the shredding chamber until they reach the desired size. As the rotor rotates, the 6 moving hammers pass through the slots, protrude from the opposite side and ensure constant cleaning.
