AgriEuro inox F00100 Industrial Oven

AgriEuro inox F00100 industrial wood-fired oven is the best you can find on the market for wood-fired cooking quality. Perfect to prepare pizza and bread, but also roasts, pies and much more.

It heats up in no time (in 15/20 minutes it reaches 450 °C) with small-cut wood and it is immediately ready to cook, thanks to its stainless steel vault. The natural stone wool insulation and refractory cooking floor allow to effectively preserve the produced temperature and limit wood consumption.
It can cook up to 200 pizzas per hour without missing a beat.

The structure is SUPER RESISTANT to stresses and high temperatures. The construction of the product in thick stainless steel, the vault that consists of a single welded piece (not screwed), the steel and refractory double combustion chamber body allow this product to work for many years without inconveniences.

Excellent insulation thanks to 20cm of stone wool between the roof and the cooking chamber. At the base of the oven there is a triple insulation layer with 2.5 cm skamotec, 11cm of refractory bricks and 5cm thick refractory floor

SIZE: this oven is very large, with a 140x100 cm cooking chamber and 45 cm height. Instead, the external size is 200x160 cm.

The oven is perfect for restaurants or pizzerias which aim to increase the quality of their products.

The chimney is 19 cm.

The cooking floor is made of high-quality, food-grade refractory chamotte. Please note the raised refractory lining in the rear part of the cooking chamber.

Stainless Steel Internal Structure

The vaulted internal structure of the chamber is made of thick stainless steel.

It consists of a single welded piece (not screwed as many similar products on the market).

Note the blunt shape of the vault, which ensures an optimum distribution of the heat inside the cooking chamber, therefore a greater heating efficiency.

This way, the cooking chamber has a practically endless life.

Door - Chimney - Insulation

Focus on the mouth closing door, entirely made of stainless steel except for the wooden handles, ensuring a safe and comfortable grip.

The door is a very good temperature regulator. You can decide whether to use it or not, depending on the type of cooking.

If you close the door, the flame is weaker and cooking takes place mainly by contact and convection.

The chimney with a 19 cm diameter must have an outside outlet thanks to its own system, which is not included in the price of the oven.

This allows to retain the temperature more effectively and avoid the overheating of the external structure.

Refractory Bricks

Unlike competitors, this oven features refractory bricks.

They are able to withstand thermal shock and high temperatures (according to the American standards at least greater than 538 ° C), while preserving their mechanical characteristics.

Excellent for your barbecue for outdoor use, as they resistant to the erosive action of rain and prolonged exposure to sunlight.

They are also capable of ensuring a quicker and more even cooking of the foods placed above the cooking compartment.

The cooking floor is made of high-quality, food-grade refractory chamotte.

External Structure in Painted Steel

The external structure is made of anthracite painted steel.
This makes the oven a totally resistent to all sorts of bad weather, ensuring a long life.

This oven can not be moved once assembled, its large size needs a special structure.
