AgriEuro steel F00100 industrial wood-fired oven is the best you can find on the market for wood-fired cooking quality. Perfect to prepare pizza and bread, but also roasts, desserts and much more.
It turns up in no time (in 15/20 minutes it reaches 450 °C) with small-cut wood and it is immediately ready to cook, thanks to its stainless steel vault. The natural stone wool insulation and refractory cooking floor allow to effectively preserve the produced temperature and to limit wood consumption.
It can produce up to 200 pizzas per hour without missing a beat.
The structure is SUPER RESISTANT to stresses and high temperatures. The construction of the product in thick stainless steel, the vault that consists of a single welded piece (not screwed), the steel and refractory double combustion chamber body allow this product to work for many years without inconveniences.
Excellent insulation thanks to 20cm of stone wool between the roof and the cooking chamber. At the base of the oven there is a triple insulation layer with 2.5 cm skamotek, 11cm of refractory bricks and 5cm thick refractory floor
