Standard account: user who has only carried out normal registration.
Bronze customer: has completed the personal account and has purchased at least one machine (no accessories or spare parts) from our website; the customer acquires the right to a 1% discount for each future purchase, also gaining access to the accessories and spare parts area.
Silver Customer: has completed the personal account and has made purchases for a total of at least 1000 euros (in one or more times); the customer acquires the right to a 2% discount for each future purchase; also gaining access to the accessories and spare parts area.
Gold Customer: has completed the personal account and has made purchases for a total of at least 2500 euros (in one or more times); the customer acquires the right to a 3% discount for each future purchase; also gaining access to the accessories and spare parts area.
Our customer service reserves the right to change a customer's level when and if it deems there is a valid reason to do so, without prior notice and at its own discretion (the customer can however verify this in real time by logging into the personal account).
Once you have logged in, you will directly see the prices of the products already reduced by the percentage discount accrued.
The discount is applied to the products in the catalogue, with the exception of accessories and spare parts.
In case of multiple purchases, the above discounts apply only to the most expensive product and not to the entire order; in case of multiple purchases, the 5% discount remains from the second item in the cart, the two discounts are therefore not cumulative.
User name and billing address of accounts that benefit from discounts cannot be changed. Changing the shipping address or billing address will result in the discount not being applied by the system.
