Interested party – customers who purchase products on Agrieuro portals, other visitors to the portals who, while not finalising purchases, voluntarily create a personal account

Purpose – allow the customer to create a personal account in Agrieuro eCommerce portals, sell products through Agrieuro portals, manage payments and collections, manage deliveries of purchased products, manage customer reviews and evaluations, issue invoices and fulfil any legal obligations (e.g. with regard to accounting management), manage the purchase history, technical data sheets of purchased products and requests for assistance also in the medium to long term, collect debts and manage any disputes; in addition to all email communications concerning the order placed, the customer may receive the following messages via WhatsApp: Shipment tracking, Availability of the assembly video of the purchased product; Request for release of review on the purchased product
