The large majority of agricultural and gardening equipment on the market today is equipped with unbranded (or unknown branded) engines made in China.

 ATTENTION!
The engine is PROVIDED WITHOUT OIL.
Please carefully read the instruction manual before starting the unit.

Nominal Power: 3.5 Hp
The correct term would be "Commercial” Power, meaning the standard definition used until a few years ago by all well-known engine manufacturers.

* This technical feature is the one indicated in the main sales channels, even if it is higher than the real power of the engine.

Rated power: 2.76 Hp (at 3600 rpm)
It refers to the real power of the engine. This is the power indicated as official in the engine instructions manual.

* This technical feature may vary from a an engine model to another according to the rotation speed provided by the manufacturer.

Forward gear, lower transmission with worm gear in oil bath

Gears: a forward speed that can be engaged through the control placed on the steering handle.

The clutch has a belt drive with tensioner.

The lower worm screw drive in oil bath is protected by a sturdy housing.

36 cm tine

Tine: 36, with 4 rows of rotary hoes (each row features 4 hoes)

Due to the overall lightness of the machine, it allows working at medium to low depths.

Additional features

Front transport wheel: to move around the machine, with the engine switched off, avoiding damage to delicate surfaces and floors.

Vary useful for storing the machine.

The wheel disassembly operation is extremely easy and immediate, by simply screwing and unscrewing a wing nut.

The front wheel must be removed during the working operations (tilling treatments) and it needs to be reassembled in case of possible motions.

Thanks to this system, the garden tiller can be set in its working mode.

Focus on the steering handles (handlebars). All the main controls are placed in this area.

Clutch lever: it manages the motion of the tillers and the machine forwarding speed.

The steering handles are adjustable in height and inclination.

The adjustable rear stake is mounted on its its own axle.

Recommendations for Use - Petrol Garden Tillers

To ensure the correct operation of the petrol garden tiller and maintain its performance over time, it is important to use the machine in accordance with the specified operating conditions and to follow a few simple recommendations.

Before each use, it is advisable to check the general condition of the machine, ensuring that the tines are correctly assembled, the protective guards are intact, fluid levels are correct and the controls are working properly. A pre-use check allows you to work more safely and reduces the risk of malfunctions.

The petrol garden tiller must only be used on ground suitable for tilling. It is not advisable to work on surfaces containing a high number of stones, rocks, roots, debris or other large foreign objects, as these may strike the tines and place excessive strain on the transmission and mechanical components.

On particularly hard, compacted or previously untilled soil, it is preferable to carry out several passes at progressively greater depths, avoiding subjecting the machine to excessive loads during a single operation.

It is also not recommended to use the rotary tiller on excessively damp ground. High moisture levels cause the soil to adhere to the tines, leading to build-up of material, increased resistance to rotation and a reduction in the quality of the tilling.

Where there is tall grass, wild vegetation or unchopped plant residues, it is advisable to prepare the working area in advance. Plant material can wrap around the rotating parts, causing clogging, reduced efficiency and increased wear on components.

To ensure the machine operates correctly, only use tines, tools and accessories that are compatible with the model in use and approved by the manufacturer. Unsuitable or damaged components can cause abnormal vibrations and compromise the service life of the transmission and frame.

While working, it is important to allow the machine to advance at a rate determined by the capacity of the tines and the characteristics of the soil, avoiding forcing the machine forward with excessive pressure. On hard ground, it is preferable to reduce the working depth and proceed gradually.

The rotary tiller must be used exclusively for soil cultivation and must not be used to pull, push or perform towing operations with loads, trailers or equipment for which it is not designed. Improper use may result in loss of control, mechanical damage and dangerous situations for the operator.

While in use, all the required guards must remain fitted. Do not touch or work on any  moving parts while the engine is running.

Proper maintenance ensures that the petrol garden tiller continues to perform efficiently. It is advisable to clean the machine regularly, remove any residue from the tines and check the condition of components subject to wear and tear.

It is always important to use fuel and lubricants suitable for the specific model of machine, following the instructions set out in the user and maintenance manual. The use of unsuitable or degraded products may compromise the correct operation of the engine and mechanical components.

If the rotary tiller is to be left unused for a prolonged period, it must be stored in a dry, clean place, protected from the elements.
