5B INOX hand-operated bottle filling machine

The 5B INOX bottle filler is an all-stainless steel 5-spout (filling nozzles) bottling machine. The frame, tank and spouts are entirely made of AISI 304 stainless steel.

Easy and fast filling operations. Perfect for filling small and medium amounts of liquid.

The machine carries out a gravity filling action based on the communicating vessels principle, which allows filling bottles without using electricity.

Just connect the bottling machine to the supply container by means of a 15 mm hose.

This bottle filling machine is suitable for all kinds of liquid foodstuffs, especially for wine and oil.

Bottle filling capacity of about 350 bottles/hour

The only maintenance required by this bottle filler is a cleaning operation after each use.

WARNING: the machine does NOT include the connection hose, which can be purchased separately.

Operation and components

The 5B INOX hand-powered bottling machine consists of a holding tank and a set of stainless steel syphon tubes that serve the purpose of filling nozzles.

The holding tank is supplied with liquid by gravity from a supply container or reservoir and when the tank is properly filled, the float closes the intake hose valve

By inserting the tube and pressing the bottle towards the machine, a faucet opens and fills the bottles thanks to the communicating vessels principle. The flow stops when the pressure on the bottle ceases. A spring then closes the bottle.

The remaining liquid from the holding tank can be drained through the plug at the bottom of the tank.
