The Enolmatic filling machine can be used with the Tandem external fltering system, which allows carrying out a professional filtering operation.
All you have to do is connect the Tandem filter holder to the bottling machine and insert a filtering cartridge inside the holder. Choose the cartridge according to the required filtering grade. The filter holds all solid and semi-solid particles - even extremely small ones - from the product. Thus, the oil will not lose its original colour and characteristics and it will remain slightly opaque, just like natural olive oil should.
The filtering cartridge is made of stainless steel. The 50.0 micron mesh was specifically designed for olive oil, liqueurs with a high degree Brix, fruit juice or syrups, even at high temperatures.
